Monday, Dec. 1
11:39am A construction site supervisor on Sawmill Circle said a trade union rep was on scene without permission. Officers responded, and the trade union rep agreed to leave.
5:51pm The Reporting Party (RP) on March Avenue said his neighbor put out his garbage cans on Saturday even though collection was not until Wednesday. The neighbor was argumentative when asked to put the garbage cans away. After being spoken to, the neighbor agreed to place his garbage cans on his property and that the issue would not persist.
10:50pm An unlicensed driver was cited on Healdsburg Avenue.
Tuesday, Dec. 2
9:24am A vehicle was stopped for unsafe lane changes on Hwy 101 at Dry Creek Road. A 60-Year-Old (YO) woman was cited for driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to Providence Memorial Hospital Santa Rosa for chest pains.
11:56am A probation violation officer contacted a 26-YO man on Sunnyvale Drive. The man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation, sending or showing harmful material to a minor, and possession of child pornography.
2:37pm A vehicle near Thomas K. Rackerby CPA on North Street idled for about 10 minutes against city ordinance. Parking enforcement responded, and the driver agreed to move along.
4:13pm The city therapist spoke to a man in West Plaza Park on North Street who said he was assaulted and needed medical assistance for an injury to the back of his head. He wanted to press charges. Officers and medical assistance responded. The man was transported to Healdsburg General Hospital (HGH). A report was taken.
4:45pm A probation search occurred at West Plaza Park on North Street. A 59-YO man was cited for violation of probation.
Wednesday, Dec. 3
10:43am A vehicle was stopped for expired registration on Hwy 101 at Dry Creek Road. A 37-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of a hard drug after at least two prior drug convictions, possession for sale of a controlled substance, sale or transportation of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana while driving, driving without a license, and theft or misappropriation of property.
11:21am The RP at Healdsburg High School on Prince Avenue wanted law enforcement to document a threat that occurred on Dec. 2, 2025.
11:37am The RP on Langhart Drive believed someone attempted to scam her. She received an email from someone claiming to be with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. The RP has insurance through Nationwide. The person wanted pictures of the inside and outside of the RP’s house. The RP did not provide any information. She was advised to follow up with Nationwide directly.
3:03pm A man on Prentice Drive went out of his house, yelled at the neighbors and then went back inside. The RP was advised to call back if the man returned out of his house.
7:58pm A man at Safeway on Vine Street was aggressive, yelled and cursed while at the checkout stand. The man had previously been informally trespassed from the property. The RP wanted to press charges for trespassing. Subsequently, the man went eastbound on Matheson Street toward downtown. Officers responded. The 69-YO man was cited and released for unlawfully entering land or property with the intent to interfere with a business.
8:58pm A vehicle was stopped for violating license plate display rules near Great Clips on Vine Street. A 53-YO man was cited and released on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant regarding shoplifting.
Thursday, Dec. 4
3:01pm Graffiti was reported at True West Film Center on Healdsburg Avenue in the alley.
Friday, Dec. 5
1:58pm Earlier on this day, an officer at West Plaza Park on North Street advised a 49-YO man to clean up his belongings and return a shopping cart to Safeway. Subsequently, the man was arrested and brought to county jail for shopping cart theft.
4:46pm A vehicle was driven at an unusual speed all over the road near Wright’s Feed Store on Mill Street. An officer responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
5:06pm The RP’s vehicle parked on Bridle Path was hit, damaging the fender. The RP wanted to press charges. A report was taken.
10:07pm The RP at John & Zeke’s Bar and Grill on Healdsburg Avenue said the RP’s vehicle was hit while parked in the lot. The RP was given photos by a witness. The RP wanted to press charges. Officers responded and took a report. On Dec. 6, 2025, an officer met with the RP to collect photos.
11:41pm A vehicle on East Street was stopped for expired registration. The driver was cited and released for driving without a license, lacking proof of insurance and driving without vehicle registration.
Saturday, Dec. 6
11:01am The RP, a male resident of L&M Motel on Healdsburg Avenue, said a female resident hit him with a hard object, causing him to bleed. The RP declined medical attention. Officers responded and found no witnesses who saw any violence, but witnesses heard a verbal argument and saw a person throw belongings. The woman stated she was in fear. See next entry.
9:13pm A supervisor at L&M Motel said the man returned to the location. He screamed for an hour and hit the woman’s door. Officers responded, but the woman refused to speak with law enforcement. The manager did not want to file trespass paperwork against the man because he was a resident of L&M. Neither the man nor the woman pressed charges.
6:34pm An accident was reported between two vehicles on Grove Street at Dry Creek Road. An officer arrived on scene, with medical assistance. One driver was cited and released for driving without a license. The other driver was transported to Healdsburg Hospital. A report was taken.
Sunday, Dec. 7
2:17pm The RP at Jerry’s Valero on Dry Creek Road said a driver had been drinking and did not get out of the car. A 25-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for driving under the influence.
3:46pm Around 15 people at Healdsburg Junior High School on Grant Street were on a soccer field, playing soccer, smoking cigarettes, drinking, leaving garbage on the field and parking in no parking areas. The RP said the situation occurs every weekend. The RP wanted the people to leave. An officer advised the RP that police would check the area.
5:49pm The RP said a group of homeless people at Circle K on Healdsburg Avenue harassed and threatened the RP. Subsequently the people left. The RP was concerned because the people said they would be back when the RP was off work and “take care of him.” Officers responded and determined that the situation was a mutual verbal argument. Advice was provided.
