Monday, Aug. 10
9:33am The Reporting Party (RP) on Olive Circle said that a blue minivan that looks like the RP’s vehicle was driven recklessly. The RP stated that he was tired of being harassed because people mistook him for the other driver. The information would be passed along to officers.
4:47pm The RP at the Russian River Trailer Park on Healdsburg Avenue said a man overdosed. The RP was transferred to fire and medical dispatch. Officers responded and located the man. Fire and medical personnel handled the situation.
8:21pm The RP on Prentice Drive said a man the RP believed was a drug addict continued to hang out in the area. The RP wanted the man to be told he was trespassing on private property. While on the phone with dispatch, the RP said the man left and no further assistance was needed.
11:13pm An unlicensed driver was cited on Hwy 101 at Lytton Springs Road.
Tuesday, Aug. 11
10:55am The RP on Manor Court said her son’s vehicle, along with other homes and vehicles in the area, was vandalized on Aug. 10. The RP said there was no damage, because only eggs and cat food were used. The RP stated the vehicle had been left unlocked, and the suspect also vandalized the interior. The RP’s son possibly knew the identification of the suspect. The RP contacted the parents of the alleged suspect and requested they pay for the cleaning and damage. The RP spoke with an officer, and a report was taken.
3:53pm The RP at Appellation Healdsburg on Dovetail Lane said her front right tire was slashed while she was at work on Aug. 9. The RP wanted to press charges. An officer contacted the RP and took a report.
6:09pm An officer at Walmart on Hembree Lane arrested a 37-Year-Old (YO) man for a previous incident regarding felony vandalism in Healdsburg that same afternoon. He was booked into county jail.
8:52pm The RP at McDonald’s on Healdsburg Avenue said a man shoved a woman and hit a vehicle. Officers contacted victims at the scene. A Be-On-the-Lookout alert was sent to officers regarding the suspect. Information was entered into the Flock license plate reader system. A report was taken.
Wednesday, Aug. 12
10:16am An officer at West Plaza Park on North Street cited and released a 67-YO woman on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding failure to appear.
11:38am The RP on Powell Avenue at University Street said a vehicle crossed the center line and was unable to maintain the lane. Officers responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
1:59pm The RP at Foley Family Pavilion on North Street said someone backed into her vehicle. The suspect vehicle was unoccupied. Officers contacted the RP. The registered owner of the other vehicle returned and denied hitting the vehicle. Video footage showed otherwise. A report was taken.
3:24pm A man and woman at Alliance Medical Center on University Avenue were in an argument. They were separated and the medical director closed the doors. Officers responded, but the man was no longer at the scene.
8:12pm The RP at Badger Park on Heron Drive said she heard one gunshot and possibly a second. Officers responded and spoke with multiple pedestrians who heard the gunshot. Officers were unable to locate any evidence of a gunshot.
11:18pm The RP at the Roundabout on Healdsburg Avenue said a vehicle was driven down into the dirt next to the railroad tracks. The vehicle subsequently turned around and drove back toward the Roundabout. Officers responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
Thursday, Aug. 13
8:09am An officer at L&M Motel on Healdsburg Avenue attempted to arrest a 46-YO man for a previous incident. The man fled on foot toward the railroad tracks. He was detained by the police chief and taken into custody by two officers. The man was arrested and brought to county jail for criminal threats, vandalism and resisting arrest.
4:28pm The RP at Healdsburg Chevrolet on Healdsburg Avenue wanted a disruptive person removed from their showroom. Earlier, the same person called 911 from the bus stop. Officers contacted the person, who left the property and was provided a bus ticket to head south.
8:21pm The RP at Dovetail Collection on Healdsburg Avenue said a car swerved and almost hit things. An officer responded but was unable to locate the vehicle.
Friday, Aug. 14
8:51am An officer at Healdsburg Gas Mart on Healdsburg Avenue arrested a 63-YO woman for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
2:12pm The RP on Prune Tree Drive said she made a check payable to Pacific Gas & Electric. The payee was subsequently altered to include an additional name. The RP stated the check was mailed from her residence and had since cleared her account. An officer contacted the RP and provided an incident number. The RP was unsure if she wanted to press charges.
5:28pm The RP on North Street at Healdsburg Avenue said she was in an accident and was in pain. She said the other involved party potentially did not have insurance. An officer responded and took a report.
5:34pm The RP on Grove Street said a person gained access to his banking information and defrauded him of $900. The affected account was closed. An officer spoke with the RP and advised him of the appropriate next steps. The joint account holder was also called and told of the scam.
Saturday, Aug. 15
7:13am The RP at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue said two men stole a burrito and a Snapple and walked toward the railroad tracks. The RP did not want to press charges. The RP was advised to call back if the people returned or if further assistance was needed.
4:42pm Graffiti was reported on Terrace Boulevard on the side of the laundry mart. Officers said there already was a case regarding the same graffiti.
Sunday, Aug. 16
9:32am The RP on Foss Creek Circle called about a cyber security issue. The RP was on the phone with Xfinity and dispatch. Xfinity stated there was no suspicious activity on the RP’s account. Although the RP was advised to speak with an officer, the RP disconnected the call.
10:20pm An officer at Badger Park on Heron Drive contacted the occupants of a vehicle with open containers. A 28-YO man was cited and released for violation of probation.
