A few Wine & Food events

The tasting calendar at the Wine Shop in
Healdsburg (under the clocktower) includes Big Bold Cabs
on Dec. 19 (“join us for an evening of red wine indulgence”) and
Auld Lang Syne on Dec. 26 for a bit of the bubbly. Tastings are

The First Weekend in the Alexander Valley for 2004 Jan. 3-4 will
feature a Toast to 2004. You are invited to ring
in the new year with special tastings at deLorimier Winery, White
Oak Winery, Huntington, Stryker Sonoma and Chateau Felice. Wines
will be served with food chosen to accompany selected wines. There

The first ever Crab & Fennel Fest is slated
for March 6 at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, sponsored by the
Russian River Valley Winegrowers. The event is the same weekend as
the Russian River Wine Road’s annual Barrel Tasting. Tickets are
