Paradise Ridge Winery will host a special winemaker dinner on
Saturday, Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Santa Rosa winery. The evening
will begin in the winery’s champagne cellar with a sparkling wine
and hors d’oeuvres reception, followed by a five-course gourmet
dinner prepared by chef Michael Quigley of Café Lolo. Each course
will be paired with Paradise Ridge wines produced by winemaker Dan
Barwick. The evening will include discussions with Barwick and
Quigley. The cost of the dinner is $75 per person, plus tax and
gratuity. Reservations are recommended a week in advance. Call

will host its annual “Dollars and $ense” seminar on Wednesday,
Jan. 21, 2004 at the Luther Burbank Center. This year’s seminar is
