Editor: On Sunday, Dec. 22 the Windsor Kiwanis Club joined
forces with the Windsor Service Alliance to bring some joy into the
lives of needy Windsor families. While Service Alliance volunteers
gave out boxes of food for Christmas dinners, members of the
Windsor Kiwanis Club distributed toys to more than 300
underprivileged children from the Windsor area.
The Kiwanis Club is grateful to the Windsor High School Key Club
membership for their help. We would also like to thank local
businesses for providing toy drop-off points.
More importantly though, on behalf of the less fortunate
children in the Windsor area, we would like to express our sincere
appreciation for the generosity shown by the Windsor community. The
quality and quantity of the toys you donated was awesome. Happy New
Year and God Bless!
