Monday, Aug. 31
7:59am The Reporting Party (RP) on Monte Vista Avenue at University Street requested an officer to be in the area during school hours due to speeding vehicles. Dispatch said the patrol request would be made, but no commitment was promised.
12:16pm Officers contacted three people near a vehicle on Rosewood Drive. They appeared to be under the influence based on the way they walked around and acted disoriented. One person worked on the vehicle. An RP said the people yelled at someone. A 33-Year-Old (YO) man was cited for violation of probation.
3:44pm The RP said a man stole approximately $4,000 worth of jewelry from Gallery Lulo on Center Street. The RP indicated her workers saw the man around the Plaza. Officers searched the area and took a report. On Sept. 1, 2026, at 8:59pm, the Citrus Heights police department located the 30-YO suspect. The man was arrested for grand theft and burglary and transported to Sonoma County jail.
4:10pm The RP near the Roundabout on Healdsburg Avenue witnessed a rear-end accident and believed the driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene. No other people called about the accident. The information was logged.
8:07pm The RP at Hotel Trio on Dry Creek Road stated that a man and woman argued loudly. The RP said the people were not supposed to have contact with each other. Officers contacted the people and provided the woman a courtesy ride home.
Tuesday, Sept. 1
2:20pm An officer arrested a 32-YO man at the L&M Motel on Healdsburg Avenue for violation of probation and resisting arrest. The man was brought to county jail.
4:47pm The RP at Big O Tires on Healdsburg Avenue said a customer left without paying a bill totaling $345.31. The RP would not press charges if the customer paid the balance. On Sept. 2, 2026, the suspect contacted the business, stated they made a mistake and paid the outstanding balance.
Wednesday, Sept. 2
7:32am The RP at Passalacqua, Mazzoni, Gladden, Lopez & Maraviglia on Vine Street found a homeless man sleeping in the front area of the business, but the man left on his bicycle as the RP arrived. The RP requested extra patrol to look for subjects sleeping on the property at night.
8:28am The RP at L&M Motel on Healdsburg Avenue asked law enforcement to remove a woman and her property. The woman was not supposed to be there. She was asked to leave, but refused. The RP requested that the city family therapist be sent rather than patrol officers. At 8:43am, the RP said the woman left the property and no further action was needed. The city family therapist was advised of the situation.
9:29am The RP at Montage on Montage Way said property was damaged by a vehicle that fled. The vehicle’s bumper and license plate fell off during the collision with a fence. The RP was not sure if the RP wanted to press charges and would advise the police if the RP decided to do so.
9:22pm A vehicle on Hwy 101 at Lytton Springs Road was stopped for the inability to maintain the lane. A 23-YO was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), driving with a suspended license and violation of probation. He was brought to county jail.
Thursday, Sept. 3
1:34pm A protest occurred at General Dynamics on Foss Creek Circle.
4:26pm The RP on Langhart Court said the envelope of his wife’s replacement credit card was tampered with and the credit card was missing. The RP reported the incident to the Postal Inspector who suggested the RP also notify law enforcement. An incident number was provided.
Friday, Sept. 4
11:04am A vehicle at Liora Estate on North Street was broken into on Sept. 3, 2026. The vehicle was rented. The RP needed pictures taken and an incident number. An officer responded and took a report.
1:23pm The RP at Peloton Catering on Arabian Way said his computer was hacked and personal information was taken off his computer.
2:13pm A man on Matheson Street screamed at a woman. Officers responded and located both people. No further assistance was needed.
6:07pm The RP on Mason Street said there was a vehicle accident, and the other party did not have insurance. No one was injured. An officer responded and contacted the parties. The parties exchanged information, and the responsible party said he would handle damages. The at-fault party was given a citation for not having proof of insurance.
Saturday, Sept. 5
7:48am A bike was stolen on Front Street. The RP said the bike belonged to the RP’s friend. The RP was asked to have the owner of the bike call dispatch.
9:31am The RP at Wells Fargo Bank on Vine Street said there was a rear-end collision. No one was injured. The RP said the other party did not have insurance. An officer responded and assisted both parties. The at-fault party was cited for driving without a license and not having proof of insurance.
3:34pm The RP on West Grant Street received a text message stating someone would kill the RP and her boyfriend. The RP did not know who sent the message. An officer contacted the owner of the phone who advised it was his son playing with his phone. The owner of the phone was told that if the threats continued, criminal action could be warranted.
5:42pm A vehicle on Healdsburg Avenue at Monte Vista Avenue was stopped for lacking registration. A 33-YO man was cited and released for violation of probation, driving under the influence of alcohol while on probation for prior DUI, driving without a required ignition interlock device and driving without a license.
9:22pm The RP on Grove Street said a vehicle was in an accident. The RP did not see or hear the accident, but stated the vehicle had damage to the front of it. Officers located the vehicle and damage done nearby at the Roundabout. The driver declined medical assistance, and a report was taken. The driver was not under the influence.
Sunday, Sept. 6
12:22am A vehicle was driven recklessly near Montage on Healdsburg Avenue at Passalacqua Road. The vehicle was driven all over the roadway and ran a stop sign. An officer responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
1:22am A vehicle on Fitch Street at Piper Street was stopped for a dimmed or broken license plate light. A 24-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation and violation of a restraining order.
12:33pm The RP on Larkspur Drive at Grant Street said two people smoked marijuana on a bench. An officer responded and advised it was a designated smoking area for apartments. The people were residents.
6:27pm A probation violation officer at Railroad Park on Front Street arrested a 39-YO man for violation of probation and public intoxication. He was brought to county jail.
