Monday, July 27
11:45am The Reporting Party (RP) on Arabian Way said that the RP’s Tesla vehicle identification number (VIN) was fraudulently used to charge another vehicle. The RP believed the VIN was hacked or duplicated to obtain free vehicle charging. A report was taken.
11:57am The RP on Brown Street said chickens were in a backyard. The call was transferred to a code enforcement officer, who responded to the area of the reported address and attempted to locate the animals. The officer was unable to locate the animals but planned to follow up the next day.
3:38pm The RP near John & Zekes on Healdsburg Avenue said a possibly intoxicated and reckless driver wove in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed. Officers were unable to locate the subject prior to breaking for a priority assignment.
5:22pm Vandalism was reported on Brown Street. Someone threw the RP’s plants away, and he wanted to press charges. A report was taken.
6:19pm The RP at Casa Del Mole on Center Street said a person broke windows. Officers arrived and the subject fled, resulting in an altercation with officers. A 26-Year-Old (YO) man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation and obstruction. At 6:51pm, while officers worked on site, a different 26-YO man drove up recklessly on the scene. He was arrested and brought to county jail for driving under the influence (DUI), animal cruelty and resisting arrest.
Tuesday, July 28
11:56am A 26-YO man at West Plaza Park on North Street was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation.
12:54pm The RP at Jerry’s Valero on Dry Creek Road said men were passed out in a vehicle with the door open. The RP tried to wake them, but they would not budge. A 35-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail on an outstanding out-of-county warrant regarding drug possession and petty theft. A 40-YO woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. A 45-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for possession for sale of narcotics and conspiracy.
7:08pm The RP at Farrow Ready Mix Company on Healdsburg Avenue called on behalf of an employee on site who said two to three people trespassed on the property. The employee spoke with the people, but they were uncooperative. Officers arrived on scene and verbally trespassed the people who would move along. At 8:59pm, the same man and woman were back on the property. Officers contacted both subjects. A 36-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for contempt of court and trespassing.
Wednesday, July 29
11:24am Graffiti was reported on Front Street on an electrical box at the railroad tracks.
1:12pm The RP at the West Plaza Parking Lot on Healdsburg Avenue said an elderly driver seemed unaware of hitting a vehicle twice. An officer contacted all involved parties. Information was exchanged, and a report was taken.
2:53pm Weeks prior, the RP dropped mail off at the post office box outside the United States Postal Service on Foss Creek Circle. A check was stolen from the mail and subsequently altered and cashed on July 2, 2026. The amount was changed from $1,000 to $9,000. An officer contacted the RP and passed the information to another officer working the existing fraud case involving stolen mail. A report was taken.
5:09pm Vandalism occurred at a power-washing business on Grant Street. The RP said there was an ongoing issue with damage to a window on three separate occasions. A vandalism report was taken.
10:54pm The RP on Brown Street said someone tried to enter the RP’s house. The RP’s brother chased him. The RP wanted to press charges and advised there have been prior issues with the same subject. Officers arrived and engaged in a foot pursuit of the subject. A 26-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation, obstruction of an officer, unlawful entrance of a dwelling, and breaking and entering.
Thursday, July 30
12:39pm The RP at Safeway on Vine Street said a theft of over $5,000 worth of cosmetics occurred. A video was available and a report was taken.
6:40pm The RP, a representative from the Mitchell Center on Center Street, requested that the city’s therapist remind a person of the trespass order to stay off the property. The subject of the trespass order went through the trash and was chased off by the representative.
Friday, July 31
1:40am Graffiti was reported at Healdsburg Laundromat on Terrace Boulevard near Alley 6.
1:59am Graffiti was reported on Grove Street at West Grant Street.
10:24am The RP at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue said two teenagers stole from the hot bar on July 29, 2026. The RP was uncertain about pressing charges and would let the police know what the RP decided.
12:01pm The RP on Hummingbird Court said the RP’s son threatened the RP and the mother of his child. Officers met with the RP and determined that the RP did not want to press charges and that the threats were vague. The RP was provided information on restraining orders.
12:18pm The RP on East Street said her vehicle was hit near Plaza Park. Witnesses told the RP what type of vehicle hit hers, and the RP subsequently found what she believed was the suspect vehicle nearby. An officer determined the suspect vehicle was not involved in the incident.
12:46pm The RP on Fieldcrest Drive said a person used his address at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for three years. The DMV requested documentation to remove the name from the RP’s address. Officers planned to contact the subject to advise her of the complaint.
3:04pm The RP at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue flagged down an officer and said an altercation occurred behind the gas station. The RP believed the welfare of the involved party needed to be assessed. An officer determined no medical assistance was needed.
3:25pm The RP at Healdsburg Lumber Company on Healdsburg Avenue said an employee reported that his parked vehicle was hit on July 20, 2026. The responsible party exchanged information, but the employee now thought the other party gave bad information and did not respond to the RP. The RP was advised to make an insurance claim with the information he was provided.
7:01pm The RP on University Street at Matheson Street said an unoccupied vehicle was hit. The driver of the suspect vehicle fled. Officers contacted the suspect vehicle. A 64-YO man was arrested for DUI. He was brought to the police department where Bell’s Ambulance Service assisted with a blood draw. The man was transported to Healdsburg General Hospital for medical clearance before he was brought to county jail.
9:13pm Someone on the roof of Bistro Lagniappe on Healdsburg Avenue threw five filled plastic bags at people. The RP’s friend was hit and wanted to press charges if the suspect was caught. Officers responded, but the suspect was gone on arrival. A report was taken.
10:02pm A vehicle on Fitch Street was stopped for not having a light-shine on the license plate. A 36-YO woman was cited for DUI and released to a responsible party.
Saturday, Aug. 1
1:32am A vehicle on Piper Street at Fitch Street was stopped because vehicle lighting equipment was not in working order. A 21-YO man was arrested for DUI and brought to the police department where Bell’s Ambulance Service assisted with a blood draw. He was subsequently transferred to county jail.
3:32am A vehicle at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue was listed as stolen by the Santa Rosa Police Department. Officers recovered the vehicle. The victim of the car theft was notified, but was unable to pick up the vehicle. It was towed for storage. The keys for the vehicle were still missing. A report was taken.
7:10am The RP on Fitch Street at Matheson Street said a person using a leaf blower before 7:30am violated a city ordinance. The RP believed the person was either working in the church parking lot or on the school playground. Canceled by the watch commander.
3:02pm The RP at Badger Park said people played loud music on the beach at the river. The information was referred to the Sheriff’s Department.
3:44pm Two juveniles were at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue in disabled parking spaces and refused to leave. The store director asked them to leave twice. The juveniles called 911 from the bathroom of Round Table and said a man harassed them. An officer contacted all parties and notified the parents of the juveniles. The juveniles were formally trespassed.
5:32pm Male juveniles were asked to leave Dollar Tree on Vine Street four times. The fourth time, they had a verbal argument with the RP. The RP wanted to trespass them. The RP was advised to call back if they returned. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the juveniles.
7:29pm The RP said damage occurred to the RP’s vehicle when it was parked outside Noble Folk Ice Cream on Matheson Street. No note was left. An officer contacted the RP, checked the area and took a report.
8:59pm The RP at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue said a person verbally threatened customers and bystanders. Officers contacted the subject. There were no victims at the scene. The subject was advised to move along.
Sunday, Aug. 2
4:31pm A vehicle was stopped in front of Drewish Deli on Mitchell Lane due to lack of required lighting equipment. The driver was cited for driving without a license.
9:30pm A man near Jerry’s Valero on Dry Creek Road walked in the middle of the street and yelled. The RP pulled off to the side of the road and called the police when the man walked up to his car. Another caller relayed similar information. Officers contacted the man and requested medical assistance. The 49-YO man was combative with law enforcement and Emergency Medical Services. He was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation, resisting an officer and public intoxication.
