Monday, June 15
7:39am Fraud occurred at the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Foss Creek Circle. The Reporting Party (RP) dropped a check off at the mailbox outside the building. The check was subsequently altered. The RP had a copy of the check and was working with the bank. An officer contacted the RP and took a report. At 9:47am, another RP said a check was altered. The RP was forwarded to an officer. A report was taken.
1:30pm A 25-Year-Old (YO) man at Railroad Park on Front Street was contacted by an officer. He was arrested and transported to county jail for violation of probation and public intoxication.
10:23pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue said a woman walked around with a flashlight. An officer contacted the RP and found a woman who matched the description at the laundry mat. No further assistance was needed.
Tuesday, June 16
9:35am The RP at Jerry’s Valero on Dry Creek Road said a vehicle swerved all over the road and the driver yelled at the RP. The driver parked at Valero with the tailgate open and a dog in the back. A verbal argument was heard in the background by dispatch. An officer contacted both parties and determined no crime was committed.
9:53am A vehicle was stopped near Jon Wright Feed Store on Mill Street for violation of license plate rules. A 21-YO man was cited on an outstanding warrant regarding driving under the influence (DUI) and driving without a license.
1:56pm Fraud occurred at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. The RP mailed a check that was subsequently altered. The RP’s monetary loss was restored. The information was forwarded to an officer, and a report was taken.
10:10pm The RP near Rec Park said her stepfather had been drinking and pushed both her and her mother during an argument. The RP also reported that her stepfather slammed a door on her foot. Medical assistance was staged and later canceled. The RP left the residence prior to the arrival of officers and said she would meet them at Giorgi Park. Officers contacted the RP at Giorgi Park. Additional officers responded to the residence and contacted the man and woman involved. A 62-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for domestic battery.
11:32pm The RP at Healdsburg Regional Library on Piper Street heard two men screaming in the parking lot. Officers responded and contacted the parties. Both people were instructed they could not remain on the property. They left.
Wednesday, June 17
4:26pm Fraud occurred at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. A check was mailed at the mailbox outside the building. It was subsequently altered and the bank stopped payment on the check. The RP did not lose money. Information was forwarded to an officer and a report was taken.
5:30pm An officer contacted a probationer at Vineyard Plaza on Vine Street. The 25-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation.
5:45pm The RP on Langhart Court said a neighbor spread out garbage cans so no one could park. It was trash day. The RP moved the cans closer together. An officer contacted the RP, documented the complaint and provided advice.
Thursday, June 18
6:43am Construction occurred near the Healdsburg Elementary School on First Street before the allowed time. An officer advised the responsible parties of the complaint. They agreed to start later in the future.
6:52am The RP at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue said a woman destroyed things, swore at the RP and threatened to beat up the RP. Officers responded and contacted the woman. The RP did not want to press charges. The woman was verbally trespassed from the location.
7:49am The RP said a woman at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue threw things and chairs at children. Officers responded. A 41-YO woman was arrested for resisting arrest and child endangerment. While en route to county jail, she was kicking. The officer exited the freeway and requested assistance from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. The woman was placed in a full body restraint and transported to county jail.
11:20am Fraud occurred at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. The RP mailed a check at the mailbox outside the building. The check was subsequently altered. Information was forwarded to an officer, and a report was taken. At 3:05pm, another RP said a check was mailed at the same mailbox. That check was also altered. The RP planned to email a copy of the altered check.
3:42pm A vehicle on Hwy 101 at Dry Creek Road was stopped for expired registration. A 30-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation.
3:47pm The RP believed a disgruntled City of Healdsburg employee was en route to the Healdsburg Swimming Pool on Monte Vista Avenue. The RP was concerned that the employee may cause a disturbance. An officer responded, but the person was not at the scene. Damage was located after the suspect had left in a black sedan. The city wanted to press charges. An officer left the suspect a voicemail. At 6:22pm, the 27-YO woman went to the police department at the request of an officer. She was cited for vandalism and assault.
9:59pm A vehicle was stopped near the Hotel Trio on Dry Creek Road for the inability to maintain lanes. A 30-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for DUI.
Friday, June 19
12:35am The RP at John & Zekes on Healdsburg Avenue said a man got into physical altercations with patrons. The RP heard the man possibly brandished a firearm. The RP did not see the firearm. The man, who the RP believed was intoxicated, drove northbound on Healdsburg Avenue. Officers arrested the 41-YO driver for DUI and brandishing an imitation firearm. He was brought to county jail.
8:38am Construction occurred on Brown Street on a holiday in violation of a city ordinance. Dispatch contacted the homeowner, who was not aware that June 19 was a holiday. He agreed to advise the construction crew to cease operations for the day.
9:37am Fraud occurred at the Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue. The RP received a text she believed was from Apple Pay that said her purchase of over $392 was stopped and suggested the RP call a phone number if she did not make the purchase. She called the number and was transferred several times to people claiming to be from Wells Fargo and the FBI. Someone claiming to be from the FBI told her that scammers had access to her bank account and that she should take out all her money. She withdrew money in two transactions. She was directed to put the cash in an envelope and meet someone at Chevron to give them the money. She met a man at Chevron on June 16, 2026, and handed over the cash. No vehicles were seen at the time of the exchange. An officer spoke with the RP and took a report.
3:09pm Fraud occurred at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. A check was mailed from the mailbox outside the post office. The check was subsequently altered. Wells Fargo stopped payment on the check. The RP did not lose any money. A copy of the altered check was received and forwarded to an officer. A report was taken.
4:41pm A man at Live Oak Preschool on West Matheson Street walked down the driveway. Officers responded and saw the man with five tall cans of beer. The man took off on foot. The 25-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation and resisting arrest.
Saturday, June 20
1:37pm A vehicle was stopped near Hotel Vinea on Dry Creek Road due to suspicious circumstances. A 53-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of a hard drug with two or more prior drug convictions, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI of drugs and child abuse.
2:52pm The RP on Hwy 101 said protestors slowed and stopped traffic. The RP was transferred to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
5:18pm An employee and a female patron were in a physical altercation on Grove Street. The RP said the patron attacked the employee. The patron was intoxicated and had scissors. The 52-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of post release conditions, DUI, evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety and exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
8:35pm The RP on Piper Street said a man and woman screamed at each other. The RP heard a child in the background and heard the woman yell that the child was scared to death of the man. The RP did not see any weapons. Officers responded. A 42-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for child abuse and physical injury on an intimate partner.
Sunday, June 21
1:56am Staff at Healdsburg General Hospital on University Avenue said a man came into the Emergency Department who said he was assaulted. He had a laceration to the left side of his scalp and a laceration to the bridge of his nose. The male was ambulatory, spoke normally and did not appear to be in distress. An officer responded and spoke with the man. The man did not want to press charges or make a police report. At 5:34pm, the man called dispatch and said he was jumped on June 20, 2026, at Duke’s Spirited Cocktails on Plaza Street. He said he received medical attention and got stitches on his nose. He wanted to speak with the officer and had changed his mind about pressing charges. The information was forwarded to the officer.
2:06am A vehicle at the Healdsburg Community Center on Healdsburg Avenue spun doughnuts in the parking lot. Per the cameras at the community center, multiple cars were on site, but none spun doughnuts.
