Monday, March 30

10:16am On March 29, 2026, during the night two people entered the property of Duchamp on Foss Street. They appeared to gather information for future crime. The Reporting Party (RP) sent video footage to dispatch. The RP wanted to file trespass paperwork against the people if they could be identified. An officer reviewed the footage and was unable to identify the people. Extra patrol was requested in the area.

6:09pm A woman at Healdsburg High School on Prince Avenue tried to take helmets from the girls softball team. She left on foot on Monte Vista Avenue. The incident was documented.

Tuesday, March 31

6:54am Something fell off the bottom of the RP’s vehicle near the L&M Motel on Healdsburg Avenue which started a fire under the vehicle. Officers responded. The fire department handled the situation.

9:56am A man and woman on Healdsburg Avenue drank from a tall can of beer. Officers responded but did not see the alcohol. The subjects gathered their belongings and moved along.

12:14pm A possibly transient man was on the front steps on Piper Street. Officers contacted the 63-Year-Old (YO) man. He was cited on two outstanding out of county warrants regarding battery on a peace officer and resisting arrest.

1:25pm California Highway Patrol indicated that a vehicle swerved all over the freeway near Healdsburg Avenue at Dry Creek Road. Officers went to the registered owner’s residence and located the vehicle. It was unoccupied.

1:32pm Graffiti was reported on the bridge behind the Carson Warner Skate Park on Grove Street.

Wednesday, April 1

5:00am The RP on Branch Lane, apparently under the influence of methamphetamine, made claims that were determined to be unsubstantiated that his vehicle had been struck and two people stole $1.3 trillion from him and were on their way to the Graton Casino. Officers contacted the RP. The 65-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of methamphetamine and violation of probation.

10:35am A vehicle on Foss Creek Circle at Grove Street was stopped because it had suspended registration. A 38-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of burglary tools, violation of probation and possession of methamphetamine. A 58-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of burglary tools.

12:32pm The RP at West Plaza Park on North Street said a man threatened to throw rocks at the RP. Officers responded and determined the incident was an argument over marijuana and not as reported.

2:53pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue said a van drove recklessly. The RP was advised the incident would be logged.

Thursday, April 2

1:38am Screaming could be heard in the parking lot of the Citrine Apartments on Grove Street. There were possibly two men arguing. Officers went to the scene, but the men were gone on arrival and unable to be located.

9:20am The RP said her ex violated a restraining order by driving by her house. A warrant was issued for violation of a protection order. At 9:20pm, the Flock license plate reader registered an associated vehicle on Tulip Court. Officers arrived on the scene and arrested a 41-YO man for violation of the protection order. He was brought to county jail.

11:20am The RP said his son’s bike was stolen from his dorm on Stanford’s campus several days earlier. The RP believed he saw the bike for sale in Healdsburg on Craigslist. The police determined there was not enough information to investigate.

Friday, April 3

3:27pm An officer at West Plaza Park on North Street contacted a 41-YO man who was on probation. He was arrested for violation of probation and brought to county jail.

3:38pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue saw a vehicle driven erratically near the Roundabout. The vehicle almost hit two people and veered into oncoming traffic. An officer searched the area, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.

3:50pm Graffiti was reported on an electric box at the Healdsburg Museum on Matheson Street. An officer responded and took a report.

4:23pm The RP near Drewish Deli on Mitchell Lane said a vehicle hit his work truck and ran over kitchen filters belonging to Flakey Cream. The driver did not stop. The vehicle was located nearby and all parties agreed to handle the incident civilly. The case number was voided and a report was taken.

5:37pm The RP saw a reckless driver almost hit another vehicle at Circle K on Healdsburg Avenue. The driver went inside, exited with a bag and then hid in the bushes. Subsequently, she drove away in her vehicle. Officers searched the area, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.

Saturday, April 4

7:28am The RP on Sawmill Circle said someone rang his door. The RP heard a man talking incoherently in the hallway, but did not open his door. An officer responded and arrested a 65-YO man for being under the influence of a controlled substance and for violation of probation.

10:41pm The RP said someone threw something, possibly liquid, at the RP’s car on Grant Street at University Street. The RP said there was no damage done to his vehicle. The RP requested documentation and that officers be on the lookout for the vehicle.

Sunday, April 5

12:22am Multiple callers reported a vehicle fire at Silveira GMC on Healdsburg Avenue. The fire department would handle the incident.

6:32pm Two RPs stated people, likely juveniles, were skateboarding at Duchamp on Foss Street. Officers responded and advised the subjects of the complaint.
