
Monday, Sept. 14
3:09am The Reporting Party (RP) on Mason Street heard noises in the backyard and saw shadows move near the carport. Officers checked the property and contacted the RP.
10:34am The RP said two people on the sidewalk of Center Street lay on top of each other. The RP wanted to press charges for trespassing if they refused to leave. An officer responded and said the subjects would move along. The RP planned to file trespass paperwork.
11:10am On Sept. 13 a person at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue stole items valued at $304.16. The RP wanted to press charges. Officers responded and took a report.
11:45am An officer at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue arrested a 33-Year-Old (YO) man for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. A 53-YO man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of tear gas and violation of post-release community supervision requirements.
Wednesday, Sept. 16
12:36am An officer at Railroad Park on Front Street gave an alcohol violation warning.
12:17pm A bicycle accident occurred on Fitch Street at Tucker Street. The RP said the RP’s employee was involved in an accident while the employee was bicycling to work but she was at Urgent Care and unable to call dispatch. While she was riding her bike near St John’s School, someone opened the door to a vehicle and knocked her to the ground. The RP was in contact with the driver. The driver called dispatch and provided her version of the event. She was directed to her insurance company. Later that day the bicyclist called to describe what happened. She was advised to follow up with the driver.
2:08pm The RP in the lobby of the police department said his adult daughter charged items to his ACE Hardware account without his permission. A report was taken.
3:39pm An officer at Railroad Park on Front Street gave three people a warning regarding alcohol violations.
3:55pm The RP at Bon Ton Baby on Plaza Street said a large delivery truck idled for over an hour. The RP said every Wednesday the truck tended to idle for over an hour. An officer responded and advised the truck driver of the complaint.
8:36pm The RP at Citrine Apartments on Grove Street said a man in the parking lot near the Foss Creek Trail stared at a parked vehicle occupied by three men. Five minutes earlier, the man sat by the dumpsters. The RP found the man’s behavior to be indicative of having a problem with the three men in the vehicle. Officers responded and contacted the man who advised that he found the vehicle and its occupants suspicious so he watched them. Officers contacted the occupants of the vehicle and arrested a 26-YO man for contempt of court. He was brought to county jail.
Thursday, Sept. 17
12:15am A patient at Healdsburg General Hospital (HGH) on University Avenue swore at people while leaving. The patient was no longer at the scene. The information was documented, and the RP was told to call back immediately if the man returned. Dispatch confirmed that no specific threat had been made.
11:06am The RP on North Street at Foss Street said her vehicle was hit. There was damage on the front left side. An officer responded and took a report.
1:55pm The RP at Enso Village on Boxheart Drive said the RP received threats from an employee who was terminated that day. The threat was heard by multiple people. The employee stated he “would bring his AK to work and shoot the place up.” The employee claimed he did not have access to guns but also talked about his gun collection. The RP stated the man brought a knife to work previously, which was against policy. The RP did not want to press charges. An officer contacted the RP and gave advice.
1:56pm An officer on Healdsburg Avenue at South Street contacted a 67-YO woman who had an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding unlawful camping. She was arrested and transported to county jail.
3:42pm The RP’s 85-YO mother on Pinon Drive was targeted by scammers. The scammers obtained online access to her accounts and attempted to perform wire transfers. The family intervened. They closed and froze her accounts, successfully avoiding any loss of money. The incident was documented.
6:19pm A man at Drewish Deli on Mitchell Lane lay on his back somewhat unresponsive. The call was transferred to medical dispatch. An officer responded, and the man was transferred to HGH.
8:15pm A vehicle accident occurred on Healdsburg Avenue at Exchange Avenue approximately a week earlier. Two relatives were in one vehicle and the woman’s back had hurt ever since. The driver of the other vehicle provided his driver license information and his phone number but not his insurance information. Subsequently, he did not answer calls or texts. The RP was advised to have her relative call for further action.
9:23pm A vehicle on Hwy 101 at Lytton Springs Road was stopped for the inability to maintain a lane. A 22-YO man was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), driving with a license suspended for DUI and carrying a switchblade. A 23-YO man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court. Both people were transported to county jail.
Friday, Sept. 18
1:04pm The RP said fraud occurred on Aug. 25, 2026, at Davis Winery on Healdsburg Avenue. A report was taken.
3:35pm A vehicle near Lola’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue swerved, sped, was unable to maintain a lane and almost got into several collisions. The RP stated the vehicle was occupied by an elderly woman. Officers arrived and contacted the woman. She was not intoxicated. She refused medical assistance and was provided a courtesy ride. The vehicle remained parked and secured at the scene.
8:27pm A man at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue passed out in the men’s bathroom. The RP said the man panhandled outside of the store beforehand. Officers responded. The man was up and responsive. He left the business.
10:29pm The RP said threats occurred at Circle K on Healdsburg Avenue. A person told the RP “I could kill you right now” and “I tried killing my mom and dad before.” A 22-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for criminal threats with intent to terrorize and violation of probation.
Saturday, Sept. 19
3:43pm The RP said fraud occurred on Casitas Pass Road. The RP owns Casa Grande in Healdsburg and Carpinteria. Someone stole a check from the Carpinteria location that the RP made out to an employee. The check was altered and attempted to be cashed. The bank intercepted the transaction so the RP was not out any money. The RP wanted the issue investigated. The RP was referred to law enforcement in Carpinteria. The information was logged.
Sunday, Sept. 20
1:12am A 33-YO man was contacted for a probation compliance search at Wells Fargo Bank on Vine Street. He was cited and released for receiving stolen property.
1:46am A speeding vehicle was stopped on Hwy 101 near the Central off-ramp. A 33-YO man was arrested for DUI and driving on a suspended license. He refused to provide a chemical test. Bells Ambulance Services assisted in completing a blood draw. The man was brought to county jail.
2:29am Ten to 12 people fought outside John & Zeke’s Bar & Grill on Healdsburg Avenue. Officers responded after the fight was over. Officers spoke with bystanders who advised there had been a physical fight, but that all the parties had separated and left.
3:19am The RP at The Taste of Tea on North Street was punched in the jaw. The RP wanted to press charges if a suspect was identified. The RP did not know the suspect. An officer spoke with the RP and took a report.
10:41am The RP on Matheson Street received annoying and harassing phone calls. The RP said the caller would not adhere to the RP’s request for no further contact. The text “KYS,” which could mean Kill Yourself, was sent to the RP on Sept. 19, 2026, from a number the RP had not previously blocked. Problems with the person started on Aug. 28, 2026. An officer contacted the victim and took a report.
12:08pm A 36-YO man at Jane Dispensary on Mill Street was cited and released on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding hit-and-run and driving with a license suspended for DUI.
