Monday, July 20

2:49pm Two men outside Exchange Bank on Vine Street were in a verbal argument. One man had a cart and a dog. The Reporting Party (RP) said the argument could turn physical. Officers were unable to locate the other man.

6:34pm The RP said there was a vehicle fire on Hwy 101 at Shiloh Road. The caller was transferred to the fire department.

Tuesday, July 21

7:18am The RP at Acoma Court on Prentice Drive said construction often started before the allowed time of 7:30am. The Watch Commander canceled the assignment. There was only a single caller, and it was 10 minutes before construction was allowed.

11:07pm Officers stopped a vehicle near Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue for reckless driving. The driver fled on foot. The 18-Year-Old (YO) man was arrested and brought to county jail for driving under the influence (DUI).

Wednesday, July 22

2:24pm The RP on Prentice Drive at March Avenue wanted to speak with an officer regarding the construction on March Avenue. An officer spoke with the RP and the construction site manager. The RP was provided advice and contact information for further issues.

8:37pm Officers contacted two people at Healdsburg Regional Library on Piper Street after a caller said there was possible drug use in the parking lot. A 33-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail on an outstanding Napa County warrant regarding shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance.

9:14pm The RP at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue said a man spray painted next to the Gazebo. Officers responded, but the man was gone on arrival. Other people in the park said the man spray painted his bike. The man was located and advised not to spray his bike in the trees.

Thursday, July 23

12:11am The RP said a hit-and-run accident occurred at Alliance Medical Center on University Avenue on July 22, 2026, while he was inside his vehicle. The RP said the front bumper was bent and scraped. The RP advised that he wanted the incident documented, but did not want to press charges.

6:03pm A warrant service officer contacted a 60-YO man on Adeline Way. The man was arrested and brought to county jail on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding possession of hard drugs with two or more prior drug convictions and possession of methamphetamine.

8:54pm The RP said an intoxicated man was fighting people on North Street. Officers arrested the 44-YO man for DUI. He was brought to Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital to receive medical clearance and then taken to county jail.

Friday, July 24

4:51pm The RP at Safeway on Vine Street said someone struck her vehicle and fled the scene. A Flock license plate reader showed the vehicle entering Hwy 101. Officers responded and collected the RP’s information. An officer planned to contact the registered owner of the suspect vehicle.

9:10pm A vehicle was stopped on Healdsburg Avenue for violating lighting rules. A 72-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for DUI and driving with a license revoked for DUI.

Saturday, July 25

2:07am A vehicle was stopped on Healdsburg Avenue at Plaza Street for violating headlight rules. A 24-YO man was arrested for DUI and brought to Healdsburg General Hospital for a blood draw. He was subsequently brought to county jail.

2:12am A man refused to leave John & Zekes on Healdsburg Avenue. The police response was delayed due to a priority incident. When an officer arrived, the man was gone on arrival. The officer contacted the man and advised him that the business did not want him to return.

2:22am A call was received reporting that one of the bartenders was selling drugs, possibly cocaine, in the bathroom at John & Zekes on Healdsburg Avenue. The RP said he was then kicked out of the bar because of the discovery. An officer responded and found no evidence of a crime at that time.

3:41pm The RP said her car was damaged in a hit-and-run at Dry Creek General Store on Dry Creek Road. The RP was transferred to the California Highway Patrol.

4:14pm The manager at Hotel Vinea on Dry Creek Road said two people had a verbal fight with threats in a room. While the manager was on the phone with dispatch, the guests came down and argued with the manager over having a dog in the room. Officers responded and contacted all parties. The argument was between a father and son, and the manager did not allow non-service animals in the rooms. The guests subsequently left.

8:30pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue at Alexander Valley Road said a fireworks violation occurred northeast of her location. The RP was transferred to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.

10:36pm A warrant service officer on Hwy 101 at Dry Creek Road contacted a 58-YO man. He was arrested and brought to county jail on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:57pm The RP at The Matheson on Matheson Street said the RP’s friend was assaulted. The RP said a woman threw a drink at his friend’s face and glass hit him. The person declined medical assistance. An officer spoke to the RP and victim, who declined to press charges.

Sunday, July 26

7:34am The RP said her boyfriend was possibly in Healdsburg at a hotel or rental with views of downtown making suicidal threats. The RP believed he had firearms and that he would shoot himself if police contacted him. Alternatively, he would go to the coast to do this. A missing persons report was taken. A Be On the Lookout notification was sent to county agencies.

5:53pm Multiple callers said a man in the fountain at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue was yelling. Officers located him and advised him to move along.

8:01pm A vehicle was stopped on Hwy 101 at Lytton Springs Road due to expired registration. A 55-YO man was cited and released on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding driving with a license suspended for DUI and failing to provide proof of insurance.

8:15pm The RP at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue said there was a violent man with a dog threatening people. He yelled obscenities and said he would kill them. An officer responded and contacted the man. He appeared to have left the area. The officer also contacted the RP. At 8:18pm, the same suspect was at Noble Folk Ice Cream and Pie Bar on Matheson Street where he screamed and chased people. The dog was loose.

9:09pm The RP at the 7-Eleven on Healdsburg Avenue said a possibly intoxicated man pushed the RP. The RP did not want to press charges, but wanted the police to have the information. Officers did not respond because the man was no longer on the scene and the RP did not request further assistance.
