Windsor sitting at 2-2 after 46-0 romp over Ukiah

The “Bear” Gray football era got off to electrifying start on Friday, as the first-year Healdsburg head coach led the Greyhounds to 20-14, come-from-behind victory in the high school season opener at Fort Bragg.   

The Cloverdale cross-country team put the final touches on a strong league season in a dual meet with Clear Lake on the 2.8-mile course at Bothe Park in St. Helena on Nov. 4.

El Molino High School has been piloting the Napa-Sonoma Small Business Development Center's Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) for the first time this Fall. The program has helped students learn small business skills while also teaching them how to develop a business plan. Students attended classes twice a week for four weeks with their business advisor, Evert Fernandez who is a Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Center.

Things did not go as planned for the Greyhounds in the Sept. 3 home football opener at Recreation Park, as the visiting San Rafael Bulldogs capitalized on frequent scoring opportunities and Healdsburg miscues to post a 37-7 rout.

The Jaguars continued to give North Bay League soccer teams all they can handle in the early stages of Oak Division play, recording an even split in home matches with Santa Rosa and Montgomery.
