The fine Kruse building, which is located on the south side of the Plaza, is about completed, and those who have rented stores and offices have moved or are moving in. The building is a substantial ornament to the town, being modern and up-to-date, constructed of the best brick to be obtained in this State.
Golf Review: Summer is approaching
By the time you read this there will be less than five full days of school left. If it sounds like I’m afraid it’s because, well, I am. I have a 10-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son who usually get along with each other very well. But in this digital age where kids can lose themselves in a cell phone app, or transport themselves into a video game world it’s far easier for siblings to get along than in year’s past.

Return to the Russian River
When Jake Messing stood in front of the mural he had just completed for Russian Riverkeeper on the north side of the nonprofit’s headquarters at 139 Healdsburg Ave., he had finished more than another mural. He had made a return to the source from the sea himself, like the salmon he portrayed.
