The traditional St. Patrick’s Day Parade began on schedule just before sunrise on Monday, March 17. The cold and wet weather dampened attendance, but hundreds of people still showed up to make the epic quarter-mile loop around the Healdsburg Plaza. Photographer Rick Tang was there, documenting the festivities for posterity and The Healdsburg Tribune.
