On Tuesday, Oct. 7, the golfing Greyhounds went toe-to-toe against Bennett Valley’s best and walked away with another decisive victory—even with freshly punched and sanded greens adding an extra challenge. Every player contributed, with each Greyhound girl winning their individual match, keeping Healdsburg’s perfect league record intact.
With just three regular-season matches remaining, the team’s focus is beginning to shift toward the NCS Championship at Baywood Country Club in Arcata on Oct. 27, where they’ll look to finish their remarkable season in style.
The final score was Healdsburg 234, Montgomery 288. The team is now 11-1, 7-0 in league matchups.
