Marie Rose Giammona – Banker and beloved “Nana”

Marie Rose Giammona was a loving wife and mother. She was born
in Healdsburg and passed away Nov. 15, 2007, surrounded by her
family at the age of 78. Marie will be missed by her husband, Ciro,
her sons- Frank, Ciro Jr, Albert- and their wives, her three
grandchildren- Anthony, Ben and Casey, her brother Danny Cardinotti
of Las Vegas, NV and her loving extended family. Marie was a
graduate of Healdsburg High School and worked at Bank of America,
retiring after twenty years to go into the “Nana” business, helping
to raise her grandchildren.
In her honor, a Vigil was held at St. John’s Catholic Church,
Sunday November 18, 2007 at 4:00pm and a Funeral Mass was
celebrated Monday Nov. 19, 2007 at 10:00am. Interment was at Oak
Mound Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to
