12:44am The Reporting Party (RP) at Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue stated he heard a woman yell “Help me!” Officers responded and checked the area. The woman was unable to be located.
1:54pm The RP on Village Oaks Court said an accident occurred between Dec. 22 and Dec. 27, 2025. The RP had no information about the suspect and suspect vehicle. The RP was provided an incident number.
Wednesday, Dec. 31
9:51pm The RP at Safeway on Vine Street said an intoxicated man outside threw cones and splashed water everywhere. Officers responded, but the man was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
Thursday, Jan. 1
12:45am A vehicle was stopped for speeding near Solful on Healdsburg Avenue. A 42-Year-Old (YO) woman was arrested and brought to county jail for driving under the influence (DUI).
4:17pm The RP was involved in a minor accident at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue. The other party was at the scene but refused to give any information. Medical assistance was declined. Officers responded. An incident number was provided, and insurance information was exchanged.
Friday, Jan. 2
12:03am An unlicensed driver was cited at Plaza Paint on Healdsburg Avenue.
7:52am The RP at Brush Salon on Healdsburg Avenue said people were sleeping in a tent with a tarp at the main entrance. The RP requested law enforcement to ask them to move along. The RP did not want to file trespass paperwork against the people. Officers contacted the people. A 47-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for possession of methamphetamine and violation of probation.
9:22am A person with a sleeping bag and possessions slept behind Dry Creek Kitchen near the public bathrooms. An officer responded. A 59-YO man was cited and released for camping, trespassing and violating probation.
Saturday, Jan. 3
11:35am Two ceramic vases at a commercial location in the 100 block of North Street sustained major damage. The RP indicated they were worth approximately $200 to $300. The RP wanted to press charges. An officer contacted the RP and took a report.
4:50pm The RP on West North Street said he lost $228 due to fraud which occurred on Dec. 28, 2025. The charge was already disputed with Chase Bank. The RP was a member of a nearby gym and thought that possibly an employee at the gym committed the fraud. The RP wanted to press changes. The gym agreed to look into the matter internally. An officer met the RP and took a report.
11:11pm A vehicle was stopped for running a stop sign on North Street. A 29-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for DUI.
Sunday, Jan. 4
4:32pm A vehicle in the Flock system was flagged as it entered Healdsburg, and a Healdsburg officer who had been involved in a previous organized retail theft case recognized it and quickly located it at the Safeway on Vine Street, the scene of the previous incident. The responding officer observed behavior by one of the occupants that led the officer to believe that the occupants were in the act of a crime. Two other officers responded, and four people were arrested without incident: A 38-YO man and 28-YO woman were transported to county jail for organized retail theft with intent to sell and conspiracy.
A 43-YO woman was transported to county jail but required medical release and was subsequently transported to Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. She was cited and released for organized retail theft with intent to sell, conspiracy and petty theft with two or more prior theft related offenses.
In addition, a 22-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for organized retail theft with intent to sell, giving false identification to a police officer, conspiracy, violation of probation and on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant.
