Monday, June 29

10:16pm The Reporting Party (RP) on Sherman Street said a juvenile tried to get into a house and caused a loud disturbance. Another person had previously called regarding the same juvenile. Officers contacted the juvenile. When his mother arrived to pick him up, another argument between the juvenile and his dad took place. The juvenile was brought to the police department where his aunt picked him up.

Tuesday, June 30

6:42am The RP said that construction in the area of the high school was going on in violation of a city ordinance. The RP did not know the exact location. An officer gave advice but did not respond because the RP did not provide the location.

8:03am The RP near St John’s Church on Matheson Street said construction occurred prior to 7am in violation of a city ordinance. Later, the RP spoke to the responsible party who was not aware of the ordinance and agreed not to “operate before the allotted time going forward.”

12:19pm The RP on Powell Avenue at Healdsburg Avenue said a truck drove erratically, swerving to the right and almost hit a woman getting out of her vehicle. An officer contacted the driver and determined the person had not been drinking. The driver was advised of the complaint.

12:21pm Fraud occurred at the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Foss Creek Circle. In May of 2026, the RP mailed checks via the mailbox outside the building. The checks never reached their destinations. The RP did not know what happened to the checks. The RP was provided with an incident number and planned to follow up with the US Postal Inspector.

At 2:26pm, another RP indicated that checks mailed from the same mailbox were subsequently intercepted and cashed electronically. The RP was working with his bank to have the funds reinstated. The RP brought in a copy of the cashed checks. The information was forwarded to the officer working on the case.

At 2:52pm, another RP said two checks were mailed on May 19, 2026, through the same mailbox. Those checks never reached their destination. The RP was advised to put a stop payment on the checks. The RP was further advised to call back and send copies if the checks were altered or cashed.

2:59pm A patient verbally threatened a doctor at Healdsburg General Hospital on University Avenue. Officers detained the subject. The doctor did not want to press charges. The patient was advised and left the area.

4:45pm A warrant service officer at West Plaza Park on North Street contacted a 67-Year-Old (YO) woman. She was cited on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding unlawful camping.

4:48pm A 28-YO woman surrendered at the Healdsburg Police Department on Center Street. She was cited on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding driving under the influence (DUI).

5:26pm Two transients at Garrett Ace Hardware on Healdsburg Avenue were reported harassing employees. Officers responded and verbally trespassed them from the business. The RP planned to submit trespassing paperwork.

Wednesday, July 1

9:00pm The RP at McDonald’s on Healdsburg Avenue stated he saw a woman get kidnapped. The woman fought a man in a vehicle who pulled her into the vehicle. The woman yelled to call the police. Upon their arrival the vehicle was located and stopped. Separate contact was made with the woman at her residence. Interviews were conducted. The 43-YO woman was arrested for injury to an intimate partner. The 46-YO man was arrested for DUI. Both people were brought to county jail.

Thursday, July 2

8:37am The RP on White Gates Avenue invested over $50,000 into a crypto account. When he tried to withdraw the money, the owner of the account requested a fee to transfer it. An officer met with the RP and gave advice.

12:51pm The RP on Rio Lindo Avenue said over $600 of fraudulent charges were made on her credit card account. The RP had physical possession of her card. Charges were associated with a delivery address in South Carolina. The bank was working on reimbursing the account. The RP was transferred to the sheriff’s office due to the jurisdiction.

1:22pm A vehicle going 100 mph on Hwy 101 at Healdsburg Avenue split lanes similar to how a motorcycle does. The vehicle exited into Healdsburg. The vehicle almost ran into the RP and a confrontation ensued. A woman hit the RP when he tried to take a picture of the license plate. Officers responded and contacted the subjects. A 46-YO woman was cited for driving with an open container.

2:13pm An employee at The Healdsburg School on Healdsburg Avenue saw a truck hit the RP’s car. An officer contacted the RP and the witness. The RP wanted to press charges if the driver of the other vehicle was uncooperative.

2:52pm The RP said a vehicle on Healdsburg Avenue at North Street made a U-turn across double yellow lines and almost hit the RP. Officers searched the area for the vehicle, but it was gone on arrival and unable to be located.

2:57pm Fraud occurred at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. The RP said a check was altered and cashed after being intercepted from the mailbox outside the building. The information was sent to the officer working on the case, and a report was taken.

At 3:08pm, another RP said eight checks were mailed from the same mailbox. The RP’s bank said one of the checks was prevented from being cashed in Rhode Island. The RP canceled the other seven checks. The RP planned to bring copies of the checks to the police department to be added to the case.

8:13pm The RP said someone used the RP’s work email address and asked a coworker to update her banking details. The RP said there have been people trying to sabotage the RP’s life since 2020. An officer called the RP, and the RP wanted the information documented.

Friday, July 3

9:12am The RP at Lola’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue said someone spray painted the camera and different areas of the building. The RP did not want to press charges. An officer planned to respond.

11:40am The RP at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle said a check mailed from the mailbox outside the building on June 7, 2026, was stolen. The payee was subsequently altered. The RP provided bank information and was referred to the officer working on the case. A report was taken.

Saturday, July 4

2:12pm A 33-YO man at McDonald’s on Healdsburg Avenue was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation.

6:12pm A fireworks violation occurred on Grant Street at Fitch Street. The subject was gone on arrival and unable to be located.

8:04pm The RP on West Grant Street noticed a vehicle parked irregularly. The vehicle subsequently left. Officers found the vehicle unoccupied on Healdsburg Avenue at North Street. The RP sent a photo of the parking situation to Dispatch.

8:17pm The RP on Front Street at Mason Street saw an intoxicated man. Officers contacted the man and gave him a courtesy ride home.

9:12pm The RP at Badger Park on Heron Drive said an intoxicated woman pulled all the trash from the bins and yelled obscenities at the RP. An officer contacted the woman who was leaving the area.

9:52pm Four RPs stated there were large fireworks at Badger Park on Heron Drive. An officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate the activity. At 9:59pm, a fireworks violation officer indicated activity was seen on Lupine Road at March Avenue. At 10:02pm, a fireworks violation officer indicated activity was seen on the 100 block of March Avenue. A warning was given. At 10:07pm, a fireworks violation officer indicated that activity was seen on March Avenue and on School Street. At 10:08pm, a fireworks violation officer indicated activity was seen on March Avenue.

10:56pm A seemingly intoxicated guest at the Montage on Montage Way left driving a vehicle. Officers were advised.

11:31pm The RP on Monte Vista Avenue said fireworks were seen in the area. Officers responded, but the fireworks were unable to be located.

Sunday, July 5

12:08am A fireworks violation was reported on Cowan Lane. An officer was unable to locate the activity. At 12:53am a fireworks violation officer saw a violation at Healdsburg Veterans Memorial Beach on Healdsburg Avenue. Advice was given.

10:09am The RP said construction occurred on Prince Avenue at Piper Street in violation of a city ordinance. Officers contacted the RP. The construction worker had already left for the day.

1:16pm A vehicle at Memorial Beach Market on Healdsburg Avenue was stopped due to a violation of vehicle registration rules. The driver was cited for driving without a license.

3:21pm A driver on Hwy 101 at the Limerick overcrossing was stopped for unsafe lane changes. A 77-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for DUI.

6:07pm A vehicle at Lola’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue was stopped due to a violation of vehicle registration rules. A 34-YO man was cited and released on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding violation of probation and DUI.

11:22pm A woman at the 7-Eleven on Healdsburg Avenue stole cases of water. Officers located the woman. The RP did not want to press charges but wanted the woman trespassed from the property. The woman was advised of the complaint.
