Grapplers of the North Coast Section met for the first time earlier this month in the remodeled former Frost Gym, soon to be officially christened Drew Esquivel Hall. This year’s wrestlers are for the most part, if not entirely, first- and second-year wrestlers, and coach Scott Weidemier is careful to give them the kind of exposure that will grow their skills and enthusiasm for the sport instead of frustrate them...

Fall registration opening for Healdsburg Youth Soccer League
The Healdsburg Fall Youth Soccer League registration will open on Monday, May 10. Registrations received before June 15 will receive a 10 percent discount. CHS cross country teams kick off 2014 season
The Cloverdale High School Cross Country team began its 2014 season at the Willits 2.7 mile Brookside Park with Willits, St.Helena, Cloverdale and Lower Lake participating on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
