The El Molino baseball squad suffered a crushing blow on Monday afternoon in a 12-inning marathon in the North Coast Section Division 4 opener at No. 5-seeded Fort Bragg, as the Timberwolves’ Andrew Johnston connected on a solo walk-off home run to lift his team to a 2-1 victory.

Annual event to include 40 teams, top flight competition 

The Healdsburg boys basketball team ended the first half of their season with a 3-9 record, while the Rio Lindo Academy boys and girls teams both ended with a 4-4 record heading into the Christmas break.

Windsor High School is joining a growing trend during the most challenging year in modern history, with plans to live-stream nearly all home sporting events once the fall seasons gets underway in January.  

It was a fast 3.1-mile race on Oct. 3 at Fort Bragg, despite both Cloverdale varsity teams taking a loss against the host Timberwolves. It was a great day for individual achievement however, with all Cloverdale runners setting personal bests on the course.
