There were so many things going on during the four days of REIBT that I wouldn't be able to comment on all of it, but starting Wednesday with the CASA/Auto Shop food truck unveiling, Culinary students making delicious tacos, and with a holiday sale of student-made goods, what a way to kick off REIBT week.

The El Molino boys combined talent and versatility to complete an unbeaten season at the Sonoma County League Track & Field Championships held at Piner High School on Saturday, easily out-pointing the field to capture their second straight title.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Church’s Catholic Youth Organization basketball game of the week

This week the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church’s Catholic Youth Organization game of the week was an exciting 43-42 victory over St. Eugene of Santa Rosa. Coach Scotty Kelsay’s 7th grade boys team was down 31-25 entering the fourth quarter. It looked like an OLG loss until Nathan Solomon hit a 35-foot three pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime knotted at 37.

Athletes of the Week: Partida and Pellman

Throughout the school year, the Windsor Times will name a male and female athlete of the week. Recipients will receive a free small soda, small bag of chips and sandwich from Pohley’s Market.
