The Lady Eagles have set the tone for what promises to be a very exciting softball campaign, recording another pair of wins to push their record to 3-0.

It’s been an up and down season for the Healdsburg softball team, but the regular season ended on a much higher note a week earlier, their last home game on May 6. The Greyhounds scored 9 runs in the second inning and 7 more in the next two, ending the game after four-and-a-half innings far ahead, 17-2.

Healdsburg's boys basketball team remains without a win in league play this year, 0-4, and only three wins on the season against 15 losses, while the Rio Vista boys team is 6-7 overall, 1-4 in the league.

This year locals are proud to find both boys and girls soccer teams in the NCS playoff, both in Division 4 in line with their size. And the girls basketball team is in the playoffs as well, in the tougher Division 2. (Unfortunately, all three teams lost on Wednesday night, so Healdsburg High's winter sports season is officially over.)
