Monday, Nov. 11, 4:20pm: An accident occurred on Grant Street which involved a vehicle hitting a 7-year-old female pedestrian. The girl was conscious and not bleeding, and her father declined medical assistance. The driver of the vehicle left her contact information with someone before leaving the scene.
