June is ‘jazz month’ in Healdsburg
The Healdsburg Jazz Festival seems as if it must be modeled after a film festival, with multiple venues offering different artists throughout the day. There are the featured events, sure–a Juneteenth Celebration, a Father’s Day Concert, headline shows at Bacchus Landing – but it’s the little gigs that count.

“Vroom! Toys on the Go,” this year’s holiday exhibition at Healdsburg Museum, features toy vehicles collected by the late Steve Castelli and a model train display from Wayne Padd. Continues only through Jan. 19 and definitely worth a visit, Wednesdays through Sundays, 11am to 4pm. 221 Matheson St.
