Editor: Bravo, Windsor High School Jaguar
Troupe! Surely I’m not the only one who begrudgingly attends
amateur high school productions with crossed fingers, cringing in
anticipation of the missed cue and the sour note. Windsor High
School undertook the musical, “Little Shop of Horrors.” One would
like to politely say that it was ambitious or, patronizingly,
“delightful.” I was blown away! The acting, singing (in harmony!),
the orchestra (in time and in the same key as the singing!),
choreography, ingenious props, puppetry and costumes made this an
awesome production that the Windsor Jaguar Troupe should be truly
proud of. I always thought I had to go to the City to see fine
theater. Imagine my surprise to find it at the local high school in
a beautiful facility. If this is any indication of future
performances to come, count me in as a season ticket-holder!
