Monday, Dec. 15
8:46am A former employee on Kinley Drive, who was fired the previous week, threatened the Reporting Party (RP) and other employees. The suspect left before officers arrived, and was unable to be located.
10:50am An employee on Healdsburg Avenue threatened another employee with a knife on Dec. 12, 2025. An officer took a report.
11:01am A warrant service officer on Brown Street served three out-of-county warrants on a 54-Year-Old (YO) man regarding driving with a license suspended for driving under the influence (DUI), violation of probation, possession of a hard drug with two or more prior drug convictions, resisting arrest, giving false identification to the police and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:18pm A stolen vehicle was recovered at Healdsburg Gas Mart on Healdsburg Avenue after it registered on the Flock license plate reader system. The San Rafael Police Department had confirmed that the vehicle was outstanding. A 30-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for receiving a stolen vehicle.
Tuesday, Dec. 16
7:41am At the Healdsburg Police Department on Center Street a man requested a copy of a police report. While in the lobby, the RP banged on the police department door. Officers detained the RP for a probation search. The 54-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for violation of post-release community supervision and resisting arrest. Property was kept for safekeeping.
8:30am A person who was trespassed from Black Oak Coffee on Center Street on Dec. 15 returned and walked in and out of the business and acted erratically. Officers contacted the man and verbally trespassed him again. The business did not want to press charges. The man moved along.
9:47am A suspicious vehicle was parked at North Bay Eye Associates on Healdsburg Avenue. Officers contacted the 48-YO man inside the vehicle. He was cited and released on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding driving under the influence of drugs.
11:19am The RP said a man in the Mitchell Plaza who had been previously trespassed from the property continued to be seen on the property. Officers responded and the man left toward the Plaza.
12:27pm A vehicle on Philip Drive was stopped because of a warrant for a full search of the suspect’s vehicle and residence. The suspect, a 44-YO man, was arrested and brought to county jail for criminal threats and assault with a deadly weapon.
12:40pm On Dec. 13, 2025, a plastic container of ceramics, estimated to be worth $500, was stolen from the Farmers’ Market on Healdsburg Avenue. The RP wanted to press charges. The RP believed the thief was the person the RP called about that day. An officer spoke to the RP and took a report.
1:14pm An employee at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Healdsburg Avenue processed refunds to the employee’s own account. The RP lost $1,020.77 and wanted to press charges. The employee had already been interviewed and signed an admission form. Law enforcement planned to make a report.
4:14pm The RP at CVS Pharmacy on Center Street said he saw two women drink alcohol and leave in a vehicle on Healdsburg Avenue. Officers contacted the registered owner of the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were conducted. No DUI had occurred.
7:41pm The RP on March Avenue said his brother and stepfather physically fought. Officers responded. After being medically cleared, a 31-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for battery and resisting arrest.
Wednesday, Dec.17
7:42am A previously evicted tenant on Brown Street possibly tried to pick a lock on the property. The RP wanted to press charges for trespass. Officers responded and arrested the 60-YO man for violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and on three outstanding Sonoma County warrants regarding possession of methamphetamine, violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was brought to county jail. On Dec. 20 at 4:48pm the man was back at Brown Street. Officers responded and detained him for a probation check. He was cited and released for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
8:33am An employee at Starbucks Coffee on Vine Street wanted law enforcement to have an unhoused man in the store move along. The man was loud and made other customers uncomfortable. The store was not willing to file trespass paperwork against the man. Officers responded and advised the man of the complaint. The man picked up his belongings and left the premises.
12:10pm The city therapist at CVS Pharmacy on Center Street requested assistance from an officer to advise a woman that she was no longer welcome at the property. The woman moved along.
3:33pm A man near The Parish Cafe on Mill Street threw dirt and rocks at cars. The RP was concerned for the welfare of the possibly intoxicated man. Officers responded and spoke to a woman who stated that the man threw a bottle at a person but missed and threw it in the road. A 29-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for throwing an object at a moving vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon and on an outstanding out-of-county warrant regarding vandalism.
9:38pm A vehicle at Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue had malfunctioning tail lights. An advisory to be on the lookout for the vehicle was sent to police units.
11:02pm A vehicle on Healdsburg Avenue at Parkland Farms Boulevard was stopped for lacking working lights. A probation search was conducted. A 38-YO man was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
Thursday, Dec. 18
5:55am A man in the West Plaza Parking Lot on Healdsburg Avenue put his hands on the RP. The RP said her head and ear hurt and that the man pushed her hand. She did not confirm that he hit her head or ear. She declined medical assistance and wanted the man to leave her vehicle. Officers contacted the parties. A 30-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for domestic battery.
9:29am The RP said a man on Healdsburg Avenue slept behind the back office door. The RP wanted to press charges for trespassing if the man refused to leave. Officers responded, and the man left. The man was advised not to trespass at the property.
11:54am A woman at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue yelled at people and subsequently left. The RP agreed to call dispatch back if the woman returned.
3:20pm The RP on Hummingbird Court wanted to file charges against his stepdaughter for an assault that occurred on Sept. 20, 2025. Officers responded to the residence at that time, but the RP had not wanted to pursue charges. An officer met with the RP and took a report.
6:26pm Two people at Safeway on Vine Street attempted to steal approximately $1,000 worth of products. The people left in a vehicle. An officer responded and took a report.
Friday, Dec. 19
10:47am The RP at Safeway on Vine Street said that on Dec. 17 her ex-stepfather stepped in front of her vehicle and restricted her from leaving. He cursed and demanded that she call her mother for him. He hit the RP’s driver’s side car window without damaging it and walked off. The RP wanted the issue documented.
1:55pm The RP at Barndiva on Center Street found a note on his window which stated, “I scraped your fender, I’m insured. Call me.” The RP tried calling several times, but did not get a response. Dispatch left a voicemail asking for the person to respond to the RP. The RP would follow up with the police again if the RP did not receive a response in a few days.
1:57pm Trespassing occurred at a store on Center Street. Someone removed all the trash bags from the trash cans. The person also removed the metal can from inside the receptacle and smashed it by standing on it. The RP wanted to press charges. Officers responded and arrested a 41-YO man for trespassing with the intent to interfere with a business, vandalism and violation of probation. He was transported to county jail.
2:25pm A woman with a baby begged at CVS Pharmacy on Center Street. There was no trespass paperwork on file against the woman. The woman left before officers had time to respond.
9:15pm A vehicle was driven recklessly near Memorial Bridge on Healdsburg Avenue at Front Street. The RP was almost hit in a head-on collision by the vehicle going southbound on Healdsburg Avenue driven 50 to 60 miles per hour. Officers were advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle.
11:11pm The RP at Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue followed a possibly drunk driver who swerved and stopped on the side of the road of oncoming traffic. The RP flagged down an officer who passed by and disconnected from the call with dispatch. Officers contacted the driver and determined the driver was not intoxicated.
Saturday, Dec. 20
11:23am Graffiti was reported at Carson Warner Skate Park on Grove Street.
8:45pm The RP was rear-ended on Healdsburg Avenue at Matheson Street, which caused her car to hit the vehicle in front of her. The vehicle that caused the collision left the scene. The RP stopped and exchanged information with the vehicle in front of her. The RP did not know if she wanted to press charges against the car that hit her and left, but she would call back if she had further questions. The RP was provided an incident number.
Sunday, Dec. 21
3:42pm At Plaza Park, a man under the Gazebo was screaming profanities. Officers arrived and found the subject, who stated he was in a verbal argument with a female subject (unknown name) who left prior to their arrival.
