Monday, July 6
2:10pm The Reporting Party (RP) on Morgan Ridge Court said fraudulent charges on one of the RP’s cards occurred several times in April, May and June resulting in a loss of $560. The card was replaced, but fraudulent charges continued to occur. The bank wanted a report. An officer spoke with the RP and took a report.
4:24pm An officer near Tisza Bistro on Healdsburg Avenue stopped a vehicle due to a broken taillight and expired registration. A 28-Year-Old (YO) man was cited on an outstanding warrant regarding driving without a valid registration.
7:24pm An officer on Hwy 101 at Old Redwood Highway stopped a vehicle for lacking proper registration. A 32-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail on an outstanding out-of-county warrant regarding failure to appear and driving with a license suspended for driving under the influence (DUI).
Tuesday, July 7
7:15am Trespassing occurred at Duchamp on Foss Street. The RP arrived at work and his staff reported finding a homeless man sleeping in their storage room. The man had upset the staff member who encountered him. He left items behind in the storage room. Officers contacted all parties, and the situation was resolved without further action.
8:42am The RP, an employee at Fitch Mountain Terrace I on South Fitch Mountain Road, wanted a woman who was not a resident escorted off the property. The RP saw the woman urinate in the garden. The RP believed the woman was a guest of a resident. Officers contacted the RP and determined the woman returned inside a residence, and no contact was made with her.
10:37am The RP, an employee with Bell’s Ambulance Service, was assaulted by a patient at Healdsburg General Hospital on University Avenue on July 6, 2026. The RP wanted to file a report because he sustained injuries. At 1:20pm, the suspect went to the Healdsburg Police Department on Center Street to discuss the incident. The 18-YO man was issued a citation for battery.
11:58am The RP at Simi Winery on Healdsburg Avenue wanted assistance removing a vehicle and occupants from the employee lot. The employees asked the people to leave on previous occasions, but they continue to return. The people left their trash behind, and the RP believed they used drugs. The RP spoke with the people, and a man became confrontational. He stated they had permission to be there. Prior to an officer’s arrival, the vehicle left. Officers contacted the occupants of the vehicle nearby to advise them of the complaint and told them not to return to the property.
1:53pm The RP at Rotten Robbie on Healdsburg Avenue saw a woman sell an illegal drug from her vehicle with expired registration. The RP said it happened many times and most recently occurred on July 6, 2026. Officers told the RP they would be on the lookout for the vehicle and asked the RP to call back if he received any additional information.
3:29pm The RP mailed a check to PG&E on May 23, 2026, at the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Foss Creek Circle using the mailbox outside the building. The unaltered check was intercepted and cashed. The RP provided a copy of the check. An officer met with the RP and took a report.
Wednesday, July 8
12:08am The RP on North Street said a party prohibited by a temporary restraining order texted and called the RP despite the order. The most recent contact was on July 7, 2026. An officer responded and took a report.
7:36am A 29-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for the violation of a court order which occurred on July 7, 2026.
11:34am The RP mailed a check at the end of May from the building outside the USPS on Foss Creek Circle. The check was intercepted, altered and cashed. A copy of the check was attached to the case. The information was forwarded to an officer, and a report was taken.
12:58pm The RP at CVS Pharmacy on Center Street said his truck was hit on July 7, 2026. A bystander provided the RP with the license plate number of the suspect vehicle. The truck had approximately $4,000 in damages. The RP wanted to press charges if the suspect was identified. An officer met with the RP and took a report.
Thursday, July 9
1:39am The RP on Front Street believed two possible gun shots were fired. Officers checked the area and did not see or hear anything amiss.
1:17pm The RP mailed five checks at the USPS on Foss Creek Circle at the beginning of June. The checks never arrived at their destinations. They were not cashed. The RP was provided an incident number and was asked to update the police if any of the checks were cashed. At 2:26pm, another RP said a check mailed from the same post office on June 1, 2026 was intercepted, altered and cashed. A copy of the altered check was attached to the case. The information was forwarded to the officer working on the case, and a report was taken.
5:03pm A gate was broken at the First Baptist Church on Fitch Street. The RP believed the same group of juveniles that vandalized the property in December of 2025 broke it, but the RP had no evidence. An officer responded. The RP did not want to press charges.
5:40pm A truck spun donuts on the side of the freeway before driving toward Healdsburg Avenue at Alexander Valley Road. The driver got out of the vehicle. Officers responded and arrested a 43-YO man for DUI. He was brought to county jail.
10:16pm The RP on Tucker Street at University Street heard a loud truck and a gunshot. The RP also saw a flash of light coming from the truck bed. Officers responded but were unable to locate the vehicle. After reviewing video footage, it was not clear whether the video showed a firework or something else. Officers walked the area and were unable to find any evidence of a gunshot.
Friday, July 10
10:23am The property owner of Duchamp on Foss Street dropped off a notarized no trespassing letter for his property. The letter expires July 10, 2027.
5:28pm An officer saw a reckless driver on Healdsburg Avenue at Matheson Street traveling 55 to 60 mph. The vehicle was stopped in the Safeway parking lot on Vine Street. The driver was cited.
6:46pm A truck swerved over the roadway on Grove Street at Healdsburg Avenue. Officers responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
Saturday, July 11
11:22am An officer on Hwy 101 advised that a man, naked from the waist down, was behind Safeway on Vine Street. An officer located the 70-YO man and arrested him for public urination and having a concealed weapon in a vehicle. He was brought to county jail. Animal control responded for the pet in the vehicle.
12:33pm The RP at Healdsburg Gas Mart on Healdsburg Avenue said he lost his wallet. A charge at the Gas Mart occurred on his Wells Fargo account resulting in a loss of $100. An officer took a report.
3:48pm An alcohol violation occurred at Memorial Beach Market on Healdsburg Avenue. The subject was contacted and advised.
8:40pm The RP on Clear Ridge Drive saw two vehicles pull up to the residence. Four people went on the property. The RP was worried someone might get hurt due to the scaffolding on the property. Officers arrived on the scene and advised two people of trespassing and to move along.
Sunday, July 12
11:24am A vehicle was stopped on Center Street at Piper Street for violating vehicle lighting rules. The driver was cited and released for driving with a license suspended for DUI.
1:55pm An officer saw a man hide a bottle of alcohol at Safeway on Vine Street. A probation check was conducted. A 41-YO man was cited and released for violation of probation.
8:28pm A 26-YO man at West Plaza Park on North Street was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation.
