Monday, May 26
11:24am An officer contacted a woman in the West Plaza Park on North Street after being told of an encampment behind the dumpsters. A 47-year-old (YO) woman was arrested and transported to county jail for resisting arrest and on an outstanding warrant regarding check fraud and a violation of an order to appear in court.
11:49am The Reporting Party (RP) near Taco Grande on Center Street stated that a woman recognized him and yelled his name. She also yelled expletives at the RP and said he was “with children.” The behavior was not illegal but an officer responded to check on the woman, who was in a restaurant. She was verbally trespassed from the property.
1:17pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue stated her credit card was used without authorization in Antioch. The RP was given Antioch’s non-emergency number.
2:18pm The RP reported road rage by a driver on Center Street at North Street. The driver called the RP offensive names and flipped off the RP.
5:32pm The RP at Safeway on Vine Street believed two juveniles left the property with stolen items. They carried a basket full of items and a six-pack of White Claw. They left in a vehicle toward Memorial Bridge. Safeway did not report the incident and no report was taken.
9:38pm Two callers indicated their sister was hit multiple times by her boyfriend and he pulled her hair. Officers responded and contacted both parties. A 22-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
Tuesday, May 27
7:30am The RP said assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the West Plaza Parking Lot on Healdsburg Avenue. The RP stated his girlfriend cut his knee and smashed the window of his vehicle. He was transported to the hospital. Officers located the suspect, a 47-YO woman. She was arrested and brought to county jail for assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment and vandalism.
11:59am An administrator at Healdsburg High School on Prince Avenue reported that a student threatened another student with a gun. The incident did not happen at school, and the student who might have had a gun was not on campus. An officer responded and met with staff. An informational report was taken and the information was forwarded to the Cloverdale Police Department.
4:08pm The RP on Center Street said a customer in the store was upset and threw things at the RP’s manager. Officers responded. The RP did not want to press charges. The customer left the store.
Wednesday, May 28
1:57am A vehicle was stopped for speeding near the Arata Lane off ramp of Hwy 101. A 41-YO man was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:50pm A vehicle on Redwood Highway at Arata Lane overturned several times and landed on its hood. An officer responded. The driver and passenger were conscious and breathing. The California Highway Patrol handled the situation.
8:44pm A man and woman near Valette on Center Street were in a verbal argument. Officers responded, but the people were gone on arrival and unable to be located.
10:17pm The RP on West Grant Street said neighbors yelled at a young girl approximately 5 to 7 years old. An aggressive pitbull was at the location. Officers responded, contacted the parties and took statements. An emergency restraining order was granted and a 35-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for domestic battery.
Thursday, May 29
8:52am An unlicensed driver on University Avenue at Sanns Lane was issued a citation.
9:37am The RP at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue reported that a woman stole $39 of merchandise on May 28, 2025. On May 29, 2025, the woman stole a breakfast burrito and assorted pastries. An officer responded and contacted the suspect at World Gym Healdsburg on Healdsburg Avenue. The 65-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for petty theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:06am The RP, a pharmacist at Safeway on Vine Street, stated that a fraudulent prescription fax for Promethazine and another cough medication was received. The RP was provided an incident number.
3:46pm A vehicle near the West Plaza Parking Lot on Healdsburg Avenue was stopped for violating license plate and tail light rules. A 42-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating probation and possession of drugs after two or more prior drug convictions.
5:27pm The RP on Brown Street said people were having a party in the carport with music and marijuana smoke. Officers responded. A 45-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. A 60-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, destroying or concealing evidence and violating probation.
5:33pm A hit-and-run accident occurred at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue. The incident was recorded on video and a piece of the suspect vehicle was left at the scene. The RP wanted to press charges. A report was taken.
6:39pm The RP on March Avenue at University Street stated that the driver of a vehicle appeared to be impaired. The vehicle stayed too long at stop signs, swerved and drove under the speed limit. An officer responded and the driver, a 37-YO man, was arrested and brought to county jail for driving under the influence (DUI) and driving without a license.
9:22pm The RP indicated that three vehicles near Healdsburg High School on Prince Avenue chased each other. Screaming could be heard, and a person in one vehicle yelled for another vehicle to stop. The RP believed two vehicles attempted to stop the third vehicle. Officers responded, but the vehicles were gone on arrival and unable to be located.
9:37pm The RP at Fairview Inn & Suites on Healdsburg Avenue said two guests were hostile and refused to leave. The RP locked himself in the back office until officers arrived. The subjects made racial comments and banged on the window. The RP did not want to press charges but wanted assistance from law enforcement to get the people to leave the premises. Officers arrived and determined the incident to be a civil matter. Subsequently, the people left the property.
Friday, May 30
8:30am The RP on Center Street at Matheson Street said a woman yelled obscenities at him and his wife. They needed to walk back to the area and believed the woman would yell at them again. A family therapist responded. The woman yelled at the therapist and subsequently moved along.
4:56pm A hit-and-run accident occurred at Safeway on Vine Street, damaging one of the RP’s doors and back panels. The RP wanted to press charges. An officer responded and took a report.
9:02pm A possible drunk driver was reported on Hwy 101 at Dry Creek Road. The vehicle served, drove erratically and was unable to maintain its lane. An officer responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
9:15pm The RP on Monte Vista Avenue said a young man stalked the RP’s house and family and banged on the front door. The RP said the man was mentally unstable and had come around approximately every six months. The RP wanted to file trespassing paperwork against the man. The RP stated the man had a long history of looking in windows and leaving threats at the residence. An officer responded, but the man was gone on arrival and unable to be located. The trespassing and restraining order processes were explained to the RP and the RP was given an incident number.
9:48pm A vehicle on March Avenue at Daisy Street did donuts. An officer responded, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
Saturday, May 31
12:46am A motorcycle accident was reported on Healdsburg Avenue at Passalacqua Road. Officers responded and the motorcyclist declined medical attention. However, due to his injuries, medical personnel arrived and he was transported to Memorial Hospital. The 25-YO man was cited and released for DUI.
12:40pm The RP said he experienced vague threats near Valette on Center Street. An officer responded and took a report.
1:19pm The RP stated she was threatened and wanted to speak with an officer. An officer attempted to call the RP, but she did not answer the phone and voicemail was not available to leave a message.
1:53pm An accident occurred on Kennedy Lane on May 30, 2025, that damaged the wheelchair and handicap ramp used by the RP’s son. The RP did not want to press charges. She was provided an incident number for insurance.
3:25pm The RP at the West Plaza Parking Lot on Healdsburg Avenue stated she was in an argument with a woman. The woman threw a soda at the RP’s car. The RP stated there was an ongoing issue with the same woman, but the RP did not know the woman’s name. Officers responded and gave advice to the parties.
10:13pm The RP on South University Street said an iPad was taken from the plaza. An officer arrived at the residence where the iPad was traced and spoke with the homeowners and renters. The iPad was returned to its owner. The RP did not want to press charges.
Sunday, June 1
9:17am The RP went to the Healdsburg Police Department on Center Street and said a person harassed and taunted the RP in violation of an order. The subject was located and arrested.
10:52am The RP went to the lobby of the Healdsburg Police Department and explained that he was assaulted by two people who owed him money. When the RP went to collect the money, one of the subjects hit him with a chain and the other subject kicked him while he was on the ground and threatened to shoot him. No gun was seen. An officer responded and took a report. Subsequently, a suspect was located and arrested.
1:54pm A protest took place at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue. Multiple RPs said protesters had a loud speaker and tried to drown out the music in the Plaza. An officer responded, but the protestors were gone on arrival and unable to be located.
3:11pm The RP at Healdsburger on Healdsburg Avenue said a transient was on the property and refused to leave. The RP did not want to file trespass paperwork against the man, but wanted him to leave. Officers responded and the man left on foot.
