Monday, April 13

12:50am The Reporting Party (RP) on Mill Street said that a reckless driver exited Hwy 101 and parked at Wells Fargo. The RP said the driver almost hit her at a high rate of speed, slammed on his brakes, passed the RP and then swerved on the highway before taking the exit. The caller was transferred to California Highway Patrol.

2:01pm Graffiti was reported on Fitch Street.

5:35pm An officer stopped a driver on Center Street at Piper Street. A 32-Year-Old (YO) woman was arrested and brought to county jail for violation of probation and driving under the influence.

Tuesday, April 14

11:04am An email was received reporting a road rage incident on Healdsburg Avenue at Sawmill Circle. The email indicated that a woman swerved in front of the RP near the Roundabout, stopped traffic and approached the RP. The RP requested police presence during early morning high-traffic hours. The information was logged.

1:13pm The RP at Coyote Sonoma on Mill Street said a person repeatedly showed up and harassed the RP. The subject yelled at the RP, called the RP names and on April 11, 2026, ran at the RP. Other people intervened. On April 13, 2026, the subject followed the RP from Parkpoint Fitness to the house of the RP’s friend in Windsor. No threats were made. The RP did not want to press charges. The RP was provided information to get a restraining order, and the information was documented.

2:47pm The RP said a hit-and-run occurred in the parking lot of Safeway on Vine Street. The RP obtained suspect information from a witness. The Flock license plate reader system captured information on the suspect vehicle. An officer responded and took a report.

Wednesday, April 15

8:56am The RP on March Avenue said a package with clothing worth approximately $150 was stolen from the RP’s residence on April 10, 2026. The RP wanted to press charges if the suspect was found. A case number was issued, and a report was taken.

2:43pm A warrant service officer went to a residence on Westside Road, but the subject was no longer at the residence.

Thursday, April 16

12:49am A man pulled a knife on patrons leaving Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar on Healdsburg Avenue. He held up two young women, and the women maced him. Officers transported the 55-YO suspect to Healdsburg General Hospital for medical clearance. He was arrested and brought to county jail for brandishing a weapon and for mandated treatment for drug offenses.

12:42pm The RP reported a vehicle leaving the police department after the people in the vehicle were in a verbal argument. A passenger yelled and told the driver to leave, however another person wanted a woman to get out of the vehicle and enter the police department. The vehicle left toward the Roundabout, but the RP did not obtain the license plate. An officer discussed the incident with the RP.

6:11pm The RP said his wife slapped his face at Badger Park on Heron Drive on April 5, 2026. An officer spoke to the RP and took a report. At 6:56pm, a 25-YO woman was arrested and transported to county jail for domestic violence.

10:06pm The RP on Fitch Street called and did not say anything. Dispatch heard talking in the background before the call disconnected. When the RP called back, she was evasive. An argument could be heard in the background and a woman discussed a restraining order. Officers contacted both parties. A 43-YO woman was arrested and brought to county jail for domestic violence and willful cruelty to a minor. An emergency protective order was granted and served.

10:18pm The RP on Healdsburg Avenue saw an unauthorized tent with three people on the RP’s property. The people had coolers and bright lights. The RP did not authorize a food stand on her property. The RP witnessed two cars pull up and possibly pick up food. The RP requested that law enforcement advise the people to move along. An officer contacted the vendors and advised them of the complaint and to move along.

Friday, April 17

12:08am A man, who was with a woman, tried to fight a staff member at Safeway on Vine Street. The RP was the manager and stated that the man called the employee names and threatened to wait outside for the employee to fight him. Officers contacted all parties, and the man and woman were verbally trespassed from the property. The RP was advised to file formal trespass paperwork, if needed.

11:32am The RP on Fitch Street said his wife’s sister sent harassing texts to the RP and his children. The RP also believed his wife may have violated a restraining order. An officer contacted the RP and the RP agreed to send photos and documentation via email.

3:28pm The RP at St. John’s School on Fitch Street said an e-bike rider nearly struck the RP on the sidewalk. Information was sent to officers to be on the lookout for the e-bike.

9:44pm An officer on East Street at North Street was flagged down by a citizen who witnessed a truck back into a parked vehicle. The officer contacted the driver. A note was left with insurance and contact information.

Saturday, April 18

3:20pm A warrant service officer on Spruce Way at Twin Oaks Way arrested and brought to jail a 29-YO man for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

7:54pm The RP at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Healdsburg Avenue indicated that people were in a tent selling food. Officers went to the scene and confirmed the people did not have a permit on hand. They were advised of the city ordinance and planned to move along.

Sunday, April 19

4:09pm The RP Duchamp on Foss Street requested that an unknown person on the property be removed. An officer responded, but the person was unable to be located.

7:02pm A person who may have been drinking was at Jerry’s Valero on Dry Creek Road and was aggressive in the parking area. Officers contacted the person and determined that no crime had been committed. The person left the area.
