Monday, May 11
10:46am A woman at Dollar Tree on Vine Street was asked to leave. She subsequently stood outside the store recording the Reporting Party (RP) while screaming, causing a disturbance. The woman walked toward Safeway. The RP was instructed to call back if the woman returned and caused another disturbance.
11:02am The RP at Jane Dispensary on Mill Street had video of a suspect who stole merchandise valued at approximately $1,000-$2,000. The suspect had been banned from the business already, but the RP was considering whether to press charges or formally trespass the suspect. The RP was provided with information on the process for both options. The RP planned to contact dispatch again with how she wanted to proceed.
4:33pm A warrant service officer contacted a 46-Year-Old (YO) woman at Big John’s Market on Healdsburg Avenue. The woman was cited on an outstanding warrant regarding possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court.
4:39pm The RP at Shoffeitt’s Off The Square on Healdsburg Avenue received a counterfeit $20 bill over the weekend. The RP wanted to hold onto it to educate his employees. Then he planned to take it to the bank and have the bank send it to the U.S. Treasury. The RP was given advice for future incidents involving counterfeit bills.
5:23pm The RP called about 20 or more people at Badger Park on Heron Drive where an altercation took place between several parties. Another person called about a friend who had a seizure down by the river. Officers responded and staged medical assistance. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office would handle the situation due to the jurisdiction of the location.
8:46pm A vehicle was stopped at the Dry Creek off-ramp of Hwy 101. A 60-YO man was identified and found to have a valid and unserved restraining order, which protected the woman in the vehicle. The man was arrested for contempt of court and taken to county jail.
Tuesday, May 12
11:51am The RP at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue said a man threatened to stab him. The RP did not want to press charges. Officers responded and conducted a probation search which did not reveal any violations.
1:54pm The RP on Grant Street wanted to speak to an officer regarding a social media post about suspects arrested in a large vehicle-tampering case. The RP stated he was a victim and wanted the incident documented. An officer provided the RP with an incident number.
8:58pm The RP at Giorgi Park on University Street said a group of girls attempted to hit a person in their car and followed the RP’s daughter. The RP wanted to press charges. An officer spoke to the RP. A report was taken.
Wednesday, May 13
9:32am The RP on Grove Street said that her scooter was stolen on May 12, 2026. An officer took a report.
10:35am The RP on Powell Avenue said a man and woman were in a vehicle. The RP believed the woman was drugged and the man was on top of her. Prior to the arrival of the police, the RP called back and stated the vehicle left, with the woman screaming and one of the doors open. Officers located the vehicle and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle hit multiple parked vehicles on University Street before it stopped. The 20-YO driver was medically cleared at Healdsburg General Hospital (HGH). He was then arrested and brought to county jail for joyriding, evading a police officer in a vehicle, resisting arrest, statutory rape, driving under the influence (DUI), DUI while on DUI probation, hit-and-run involving property damage, furnishing alcohol to a minor, child endangerment, forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object, oral copulation and attempted rape of a person unable to give consent. The female juvenile passenger was transported to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. An emergency protective order was granted.
10:51am The RP on North Street wanted a homeless man to leave the property. The RP had already warned him more than three times and was ignored. An officer and the city therapist responded, and the man moved along.
8:12pm The RP at Debbie’s Pet Boutique on Center Street wanted a man and woman to move along. The RP was concerned the people were casing the place. The woman looked to be under the influence. The man walked in loops looking in the windows of the businesses. An officer arrived on the scene, but both people were gone on arrival and unable to be located.
9:49pm Redcom paged about a vehicle extraction and possible vehicle fire on Hwy 101 at Arata Lane. Officers went to the scene. California Highway Patrol and fire assistance was on the scene. The situation was referred to the fire department.
Thursday, May 14
12:01am A driver near McDonald’s was reported driving 20 mph towing a trailer and swerving. Officers arrived at the scene, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located.
11:18am The RP on Fitch Street said she was part of a data breach. She received a letter from the Federal Trade Commission and a credit card opened in her name which arrived in the mail. An officer met with the RP and gave her advice.
6:55pm A vehicle was stopped for running a red light on Dry Creek Road at Kinley Drive. A 55-YO man was arrested and brought to county jail for DUI.
8:29pm The RP said a patient leaving Healdsburg Hospital almost ran over an employee. The employee was not injured. An officer arrived on the scene. The employee was not willing to press charges.
11:02pm A city ordinance violation officer at Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue advised people of a city ordinance and that they should move along.
Friday, May 15
3:03pm The RP at West Plaza Park on North Street reported a disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted a man. The RP was advised to call back if the situation escalated again.
4:51pm An accident occurred on March Avenue at Foothill Drive. The vehicle of the RP’s son was backed into by the neighbor’s vehicle. The RP’s son provided insurance information, but the neighbor did not. The RP wanted the information documented. The RP advised he would speak with the neighbor. An incident number was provided.
9:47pm A vehicle was stopped for not being able to maintain lanes near Plaza Paint on Healdsburg Avenue. A 62-YO man was arrested and transported to county jail for DUI.
11:10pm Multiple callers said a hit-and-run occurred on Powell Avenue. One caller said the suspect vehicle crashed into his family’s vehicle. The suspect vehicle left behind its front bumper and license plate. Officers attempted to contact the registered owner at his address, but the person at the location said the registered owner did not live there. The Flock license plate reader system was checked. Officers checked the area, but the suspect vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located. A report was taken.
11:10pm The RP near Healdsburg City Hall on Grove Street said a vehicle almost ran into the RP when the RP was crossing the street in the crosswalk. Officers checked the area, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located. Officers determined that the vehicle was not involved in a hit-and-run that took place around the same time.
Saturday, May 16
2:38pm The RP at Dollar Tree on Vine Street went to the police department regarding a robbery. The RP was Spanish-speaking only and was advised a Spanish-speaking officer would contact him. An officer contacted the RP who stated a person grabbed approximately $800 from his hands after he removed it from his wallet. A report was taken.
2:50pm The RP on Front Street at Healdsburg Avenue reported vandalism to a vehicle. An officer contacted an 18-YO man. The man was arrested and transported to county jail for vandalism, contempt of court and violation of probation.
9:48pm The RP at Farrow Ready Mix Company on Healdsburg Avenue said four people were seen on the property. The RP called again and stated the people ran in an unknown direction. Officers checked the area, but the people were gone on arrival and unable to be located.
Sunday, May 17
9:59pm The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office called about a battery near the Memorial Bridge on Healdsburg Avenue at Front Street. The subject was at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital after being transported. The subject stated he was assaulted under Memorial Bridge. He also said the assault began at the “sandbar” area and then continued up the hill toward Badger Park. Information was gathered and the incident was referred back to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
