Evidence from a busted mother in Healdsburg
BUST On Feb. 12, Healdsburg Police performed a welfare check on an elementary school child who was not picked up after school at the bus stop. Police had been contacted on the advice of a family member about possible drug use by the mother. During the welfare check they located several ounces of suspected methamphetamines, marijuana, and a scale in the mother’s vehicle outside the residence. During the booking process of the suspect, a 33-year old woman, it was discovered that she was in possession of additional items of contraband concealed in her bra, including drugs, paraphernalia, and over $1,000 in US and Mexican currency.

Long distance cyclist Jesse Pine was greeted by members of the Cloverdale Rotary Club Wednesday morning, June 23, as he passed through Cloverdale en route to Willits. He was escorted by Healdsburg Rotarians.
