Internship presentation highlights value of program
The junior class at Healdsburg High School held its seventh annual Internship Presentation Night on March 7in what has become a tradition of initiation for students preparing for college and careers. The award-winning program is funded in part by the Healdsburg Education Foundation and sets Healdsburg High School apart not only in Sonoma County, but state and nationwide.

Will Healdsburg students participate in the National School Walkout to End Gun Violence on March 14?
The national school walkout is scheduled for March 14 and students are suggested to walk out of class for 17 minutes, one minute for each life lost in the Parkland, Florida school shooting. At Healdsburg High School, the student leadership class is organizing a walkout at 10:15 a.m. Students will gather around the flagpole in front of the school district office.
