Ken MacNab, Windsor’s town manager, will resign at the end of 2021, citing personal reasons, according to an email sent to the Town Council Sept. 9.

7:01am Employees on Healdsburg Avenue found evidence of a commercial burglary. There was a broken window and blood on the ground by the window. Officers responded, checked the building and did not locate any suspects. A report was taken. Subsequently the owner of the business reported a vehicle missing.
