Healdsburg utility officials say they expect to see more lower Russian River water restrictions as early as next week, which would affect the city’s Dry Creek water right. The possibility comes from curtailment issued earlier this week for nearly 1,500 pre- and post-1914 upper Russian River water right holders.

Q&A with city council candidate Neysa Hinton

New fund to help undocumented immigrants affected by Sonoma County fires

A coalition of immigrant service providers and advocates have launched the UndocuFund for fire relief in Sonoma County to provide direct assistance to undocumented Sonoma County residents who are victims of the Northern California fires. As of Oct. 15, $85,000 had been raised by local supporters and donors. One hundred percent of all donations will go to victim support, with the first $50,000 in donations matched by The California Wellness Foundation.
