3:59pm. Weapon violation occurred at Healdsburg Junior High School on Grant St. Student brought pocket knife to school and flashed it at victim. School notified mother of victim, who has handled the discipline in house.

Police Log, Sept. 30-Oct. 6
Monday Sept. 30, An officer near Carl’s Jr. on Vine Street stopped a subject on a bike, arresting a 49-YO man and transporting him to county jail for possession of methamphetamine, violation of probation, shoplifting and on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding failure to appear on a felony charge.... A 30-year-old (YO) man was stopped for lacking properly displayed license plates near Otoro Sushi on Healdsburg Avenue. He was cited and released for driving with a license and an open container of soy sauce.

Among this week's entries: "8:29am The Reporting Party (RP) stated that while he was leaving Safeway on Vine Street the previous day, he saw a vehicle back into his vehicle. He tried to get the driver’s attention but the person drove off. The RP was not the owner of the vehicle and stated the vehicle was a company car. An officer advised the RP to have the owner of the vehicle call the police department if the owner wanted a report...."
