Monday Sept. 30, An officer near Carl’s Jr. on Vine Street stopped a subject on a bike, arresting a 49-YO man and transporting him to county jail for possession of methamphetamine, violation of probation, shoplifting and on an outstanding Sonoma County warrant regarding failure to appear on a felony charge.... FESTIVE FUN — Ms. Miranda’s first grade class (pictured above) joined a handful of classes from Jefferson Elementary to decorate Christmas trees in downtown businesses on Thursday, Dec. 5. Students were welcomed at each participating business with a tree waiting for decorations, and some treats. Ms. Miranda’s class decorated a tree for the Cloverdale Reveille and Mail Center, Etc. office.

A 30-year-old (YO) man was stopped for lacking properly displayed license plates near Otoro Sushi on Healdsburg Avenue. He was cited and released for driving with a license and an open container of soy sauce.

9:29pm The store manager wanted law enforcement to contact two people who entered the store and filled a bag with miscellaneous medications. The RP was willing to press charges. Officers arrived and contacted all parties. The items were returned and no charges were filed. The people agreed to leave the store.
