Council to mull over potential uses for city-owned sites
The Healdsburg City Council will hold a special workshop on Jan. 21 at 4 p.m. prior to their regular meeting at 6 p.m, to discuss the future of the city-owned Cerri Building and site at 3 North St. They will also discuss affordable housing and mixed-use plan options for two other sites, 155 Dry Creek and Saggio Hills, a 91.11-acre development in the north end of town off of Healdsburg Avenue.

Sebastopol water, sewer rates to rise
In order to provide ongoing funding for Sebastopol’s water and sewer system, the Sebastopol City Council unanimously approved an increase to water and sewer rates at its Jan. 7 meeting. A series of annual adjustments will begin this month, with additional increases following each July 1 until July 2023.
