Healdsburg City Council to consider Recology agreement change and rate change

On April 4, the Healdsburg City Council will be considering ordinances amending the development agreements between the city and the developers for the Enso Village senior living project and the North Village project, a project that includes low and middle-income housing, a hotel and a senior retirement community at the north end of town on Healdsburg Avenue.

Ives Park Calder Creek Naturalization Project to keep ballfield

Calder Creek is getting some wiggle room in the Sebastopol City Council’s concept of choice for the Ives Park Calder Creek Naturalization Project. The plan chosen by the city council spares Polley Field, which would have been one of the casualties of the project if the council had chosen a different plan.
