Cooling center opened at senior center, will remain open through June 18

The city of Healdsburg has opened a cooling center at the Healdsburg Senior Center at 133 Matheson St.

Healdsburg Rotary 4th of July event to return this year

The flash of yellow seen from racing rubber ducks and the smell of hot dogs will return to the Plaza on July 4 for the Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise’s annual 4th of July celebration. While there will be no fireworks this year, the free, small-town event will still have other fun activities for the whole family.

CUSD holding public hearings for budget, LCAP on June 15

In the first of two meetings it has scheduled for this week, the Cloverdale Unified School District (CUSD) Board of Trustees is meeting this Wednesday, June 16 to discuss developer and facility fees and hold public hearings for developer fees, the district’s 2021-22 proposed budget and its 2021-22 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).
