Board of supervisors approves over $3.7 million in grant funding for fire fuel reduction

Salmon named Windsor mayor
In a 3-1 vote, Windsor Vice Mayor Sam Salmon has been appointed at-large mayor for the remainder of the term vacated by Dominic Foppoli. Foppoli resigned after weeks of mounting allegations against him of sexual assault going back nearly two decades. Salmon will hold this post until December of 2022.

Jordan Vineyard & Winery acquires Meola Vineyard
At the end of May, Jordan Vineyard & Winery announced the purchase of Meola Vineyard in Alexander Valley just north of Geyserville. The purchase price was not disclosed, according to a press release from a Jordan spokesperson.
