Providence appoints new vice president of operations for Healdsburg Hospital

Former Kaiser Permanente San Jose Director Darian Harris has been appointed to serve as the vice president of operations for the Healdsburg District Hospital and Petaluma Valley Hospital, two local hospitals under the secular affiliate of Providence.

Santa Rosa man cited after trespassing in Healdsburg home following hospital escape

A 27-year-old Santa Rosa man was issued a citation for trespassing on May 2 after entering a home on Westmont Court after escaping the ambulance bay at Healdsburg District Hospital with an IV still in his arm.

Town appoints new police chief

In a statement dated May 11, Windsor Town Manager Ken MacNab announced the appointment of Mike Raasch as Windsor’s new police chief, effective May 12. Raasch will replace Windsor Police Chief Ruben Martinez, who announced his retirement after two years of service as Windsor’s chief and a 30-year career in law enforcement.
