Healdsburg’s Public School Success Team (PSST) celebrates its first class of high school graduates
PSST, a volunteer educational nonprofit, began working with these graduates in 2009 when they were fifth graders at Fitch Mountain School. Through tutoring and coaching programs PSST encourages students to continue their education through and beyond high school. Efforts are staffed and supported by community volunteers and donors. New public art installed in Geyserville and Cloverdale
A new crop of sculptures for the “101 Sculpture Trail” arrived for installation in May, bringing the communities original art pieces from sculptors mainly based in Northern California. The sculptures will remain on display through May of next year. Nineteen new sculptures were installed in Cloverdale and Geyserville, said Joyce Mann, manager of the Sculpture Trail.

Gallery: Hybrid learning begins at the high school
Cloverdale high schoolers returned to in-person learning on Monday and Tuesday of this week, with one cohort set to attend class in person on Mondays and Thursdays and the other set to attend class on campus on Tuesdays and Fridays. All students will attend class from home on Wednesdays, which will also allow the school time to deep clean. On the days where students are on campus, they’re there from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with the rest of the day being “asynchronous” time.
