An act of neighborly generosity between two Alexander Valley vineyard owners has ended up in a long court battle that’s still not over for two warring families on Highway 128.
Sprucing up the Plaza
City of Healdsburg public works employees replaced the pavers on the corner of the Plaza this week, removing roots underneath that were making the walkway uneven. Portions of the Plaza grass are also still closed for winter re-seeding that occurs annually to strengthen the turf after a summer of heavy use.
