County gives the green light to reopen hair salons, indoor dining, retail, faith services
Sonoma County Health Officer Dr. Sundari Mase announced Friday that starting Saturday, June 6, in-person faith-based services, indoor retail shopping and dining, hair salons and barbershops will be allowed to reopen in Sonoma County with mitigation measures in place such as facial coverings and social distancing.
Collaboration helps fund field trips
The Healdsburg Education Foundation (HEF) is teaming up with the Healdsburg Elementary/Charter PTO and the Healdsburg Kiwanis Club to fully fund field trip opportunities for all local public elementary school students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Cloverdale’s City Park closed until Wednesday

Curriculum changes coming to junior high, elementary school
The Healdsburg Unified School District School Board of Trustees unanimously approved the adoption of new math curriculum and materials at Healdsburg Junior High School and new science curriculum and materials for Healdsburg Elementary School during their board meeting on April 15. The also considered the implementation of new history curriculum at Healdsburg Junior High School.
