Planning commission reviewing Alexander Valley Wellness Center
On Tuesday evening, the Cloverdale Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to discuss the Alexander Valley Wellness Center design review, conditional use permit and development agreement for Cloverdale’s proposed health care center. The facility is slated to be located on the corner of Cloverdale Boulevard and Citrus Fair Drive, in the currently vacant Thyme Square property. Koi Nation finds Windsor casino development partner
