Students from the MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán, or Chicanx Student Movement of Aztlán) Club at Geyserville New Tech Academy got together on Saturday, April 1, in honor of César Chávez to make tortas (sandwiches) for farm workers and day laborers.
Police Log, April 28-May 5
On Thursday, May 1 at 12:27pm, the RP stated that a vehicle hit the RP’s car near Chevron on Healdsburg Avenue and drove away eastbound. The RP wanted to press charges. An officer responded and took a report. Officers looked for the vehicle, but the vehicle was gone on arrival and unable to be located. Â
