The Healdsburg School acquires Old Redwood Highway parcel for new, permanent campus
The Healdsburg School (THS) announced today that they have acquired a site just south of Healdsburg that will be the home of a permanent campus for the K-8 private school. The 11-acre parcel is situated just south of the City of Healdsburg at 11940 Old Redwood Highway.

County pursuing George’s Hideaway for Project Homekey site
The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors agreed to apply for more transitional and supportive housing projects through the second round of Project Homekey funding, including George’s Hideaway near Guerneville, authorizing staff to pursue several projects at its Oct. 26 board meeting.
HUSD receiving Title I funds for socioeconomically disadvantaged students, English learner support funds
With 60% of its K-5 population classified as socioeconomically disadvantaged and with over 50% of its secondary school population classified as socioeconomically disadvantaged, the Healdsburg Unified School District (HUSD) will receive $218,000 in federal Title I funds for support programs and services, such as counseling and big picture learning, for students from low-income families.
Healdsburg council to consider return to in-person meetings, community grants program
The Healdsburg City Council will discuss a proposed approach for the implementation of a community response grants program, which the council allocated $200,000 for, at its meeting on Nov. 1.
